Roosh: I Have Unpublished Game And The Rest Of My Pickup Books

New post on the front page, if you haven't seen it.

I'm not surprised and figured this was coming.

I still think Game is a good resource, the only thing I really recall as being particularly problematic from a Christian perspective was where Roosh advised sleeping with at least a dozen women before seeking a real relationship - or something similar to that. There was probably more, but I can't remember off the top of my head.

Personally, if I was Roosh I would just revise the book to remove the offending content, re-write some parts, and re-publish it since much of what's in the book is solid general advice, but I respect his decision.

Nobody can accuse him of not putting his money where his mouth is. This is surely a tough step, but if you doubted his sincerity about his faith, look no further.

Good on Roosh for sticking to his convictions. We are living in an age where Christianity is a fragmented mess, Christ is openly mocked desecrated by the demoralized descendants of those who used belief in Him to achieve and build great things, and where countries are getting flak from globohomo for asserting that Islam is not a part of their core values and should submit to slow death by Sharia lest they be labeled racist and “islamaphobic”

We need strong Christian role models more than ever.

That must have been a tough choice.

It also comes with an an opportunity. All of that material that was mixed into the Game books can be redistilled by Roosh into new material that doesn't have the same means to an end.

For example "Don't Scare the Cat with Your Elderly Opener: How to talk to strangers in an disconnected world" would be a great book. Those same Day Game style rambling conversation techniques are great for just saying Hi to anyone, and possibly even sharing your testimony or faith.

I am out of practice now, but when I really had my Daygame pattern down and was working a job that I had to interact with a lot of people in I would just chat with anyone in a line anywhere. It was a lot of fun, people often shared way too much and thinking back there was a huge opportunity to pray for people or minister to them in those conversations.

I think he should re-write them to be in line with his new philosophies. The "guns don't kill people" analogy is apt and some knowledge is important to fulfill the "be wise as serpents" part of the commands.

I wonder if it ends there though? First new forum rules, then putting threads in the archive, then deleting those threads completely and now all books are gone too. It's all happened really fast.

In this speed you'll get banned for looking at a pair of tits in a year or two.

I see a new possibility rising for Roosh since he wants to live in the mountains, has already bought a 4x4 and will need new income source currently being in the process to nullify all his books - he should become a park ranger. Isn't it obvious?

Moonshiner is more of a mountain profession in that part of the country.

I am very proud of Roosh for doing this. Galatians 6:7-8 is very clear here: “Do not be deceived: God cannot be mocked. A man reaps what he sows. Whoever sows to please their flesh, from the flesh will reap destruction; whoever sows to please the Spirit, from the Spirit will reap eternal life.” (NIV).

We live in a world which tells us that happiness comes from banging more chicks, comes from owning more things, having more money, traveling to more places, etc. But, no, happiness does not come from this world, but from submitting our selves to God and acting according to His will. God’s will is summarized in Galatians 5:14 “the entire law is fulfilled in keeping this one command: ‘Love your neighbor as yourself.’ ”

This took balls, so respect to you.

How will you make a living now? I know that you can't serve both God and Mammon, but a man's gotta eat.

I would've liked a warning that Game was going to be taken down so I could purchase it now. Similar to the warning for the game and travel forums being deleted.

No man can accuse Roosh of being a hypocrite after doing this.

I hope he'll consider writing a book on how to handle yourself around women, but not with the aim of sin. Confidence, understanding how women think and act, and knowing how to attract and keep a quality woman doesn't necessarily have to lead to fornication. That's the kind of thing men need to know and in this modern age of poz and betatude that knowledge is gold.

Anyways:

If it wasn't for bureaucratic garbage that you have to deal with, I'd become one in a heartbeat
