Also, to stay on topic, Gavin is a redpill entertainer. You don't listen to him to expand your knowledge. Hes a punk rocker and hipster at heart. Atheism is running its course and isn't edgy anymore so hes a Catholic now.

Once again I took some time to transcribe parts of the Roosh's interview with Ezra Levant. Minute 19.54 onwards.
I chose the parts about the reason why game exists. And the following part about what Roosh says about reasons for the strong opposition against him. Paragraps included for better overview.
What made these parts interesting for me is that I remember the days of the former GDR, what kind of stuff they did to destroy the family there.
Levant: “I have read some of your comments and it seems to me that sometimes you are talking about men wearing the clown face, or putting it on. It almost seems to me like a lament. And just maybe it’s just covering up the deviousness of joys of promiscuity. But it seems to me that you almost lament having to find the scheming gaming way to connect with a woman. Is that because they are fourty or fifty years ago in their dating morality?”
Roosh: “When I look back to what my dad had to do to get my mom, all he had to do was have a job and take a shower every day. He could be himself completely. But now if you try to be a good man you don’t even get laid. You won’t even get a date. Because women have been encouraged to chase after this really narrow ideal of what a really attractive man is.
And am I sad that when I have to interact with a woman and have some kind of intimacy with her and start a relationship with her I have to put on a clown mask and be this entertaining ideal that she now wants? Yes. Why can’t I just be myself? Why can’t I be a man that has character, honor, that is honest, that wants to treat his woman good, that wants to treat his family good. Why can’t I just be a normal man? Why do I have to make all these jokes and dance up and down? Why do I have to pretend that my life is so exciting and I have done this exciting so maybe she thinks that my status is actually high.
And look, I am not saying that I deserve a girl that is a ten out of ten. But if I work on myself and my resources are fine and I am ready to give value I see no reason why I should have to move heaven and earth and spend a thousand hours mastering the art of game just to get a girl who is kind and cute. Because you know, men of the past did not.
So when I travelled to Eastern Europe [I found] that survival is not as easy there, there you can’t be a student that’s majoring in sociology or woman’s studies and have a comfortable life like they have here. So they actually look to men with good values and has a good job who in a partnership they could have a good life together. So in that case, I don’t have to dance as much there. I don’t have to be more entertaining than her smartphone which is loaded with Instagram and facebook and so on. So there I can just say who I am and be myself and hope that a natural connection happens.
But in the US, a natural connection will not happen unless you really figure out how to scratch the itch of what these modern women want.”
Levant: “I want to go back. There is a concept in Canada, I don’t if it’s spread to the states. It’s called the slutwalk. Where girls are encouraged to dress as slutty as possible and they shout at anyone: “How dare you criticize that, that is proof of rape culture.” It’s a bizarre blurring of what a woman ought to be and what a woman wants to be, what the threats to a woman are. Of course these women aren’t rape, thanks God, at these slutwalks. And yet it’s such a confusing ball of wisdom that young girls are told this is the way to be a feminist. I think the women movement has undermined women even more than any game movement in reaction. What do you think?”
Roosh: “You know, I think that sheep need to follow a shepherd. And women are not being guided by a shepherd who cares for them, they are being led astray by the wolves.
Women are now being taught to go against their natural roles, feminine, nurturing, motherly roles. To become a beast of something where they mutilate themselves, they become masculine, they color their hair green and red, they argue with men, they assault men. And they try to attack men. They push these false ideas like sexism and rape culture and they show their bodies in public half-naked and at the same time say “Don’t objectify me!” Right now we have the most irrational, illogical breed of women. They are lost! They are just completely lost.
These women, if would wound back the clock, they would have been pleasant mothers, wives, they would have taken care of a nice home. And instead they are tattooing their body, mutilating themselves, sleeping with a lot of men, becoming slaves to corporate electronics, smartphones, Netflix, internet. And it’s sad. And you have to ask yourself: Who pays for what is actually happening? And who benefits?
I can tell you now, the women don’t benefit and the men don’t. It’s the people who are selling things to them who are actually having a good time now. So what we are actually seeing is the womanly role has been destroyed completely in order to turn them into these corporate slaves that are dependent. Dependent on the government, and dependent on corporations to give them what they feel would make them happy.”
Levant: “It’s almost like prochoice is not even choice anymore. You must live a certain extremist feminist stereotype or you are a failure. I don’t want to come across as misogynistic, I don’t want to come across as “Say no to choices”. But it seems like the choice is being pushed on young women today. There’s not a lot of choice today. – You said the word homemaker. There is a derision, the cosmopolitan magazine would usually spit at that word. Where are they at?”
Roosh: “But then I would have to ask you: Where does the propaganda coming from? Propaganda that’s starting when a girl is young at school, and is only giving her one message? And that message is: “Men will enslave you. Work in a corporation.” That’s basically the sole message that women starting when they are kids are getting.
So and I am guessing where does this come from. Do you think it’s an accident that women are now being encouraged en masse into the labor force? And that they encouraged to distrust men? That men are being the source of their problems and trying to hold them down from having a paper pushing job in a crappy office. Where does that come from?
There, I believe, it’s coming from the top down. They have found out that a good way to lower the price of labor, to control everyone, is to make sure women work to destroy the family unit. It is as clear as that. If you look at all the policies coming out from the left, starting with abortion, birth control for everyone, morning after pill, gay marriage – all this stuff has the same effect: To kill the family unit.
And it’s working great. When you have a woman and a man they can’t even have sex anymore without the man being in fear that he’s going to go to jail. That’s what they want. They want women and men to not be dependent on each other, on their own family, on their tribe. They want them to be dependent on the government to follow marching orders from the establishment: “Do what you are told. Read in the CDC what they are saying about this horrible misogynist man. He is coming. Get angry at him, attack him. Attack other men who share these types of views.”
Breed distrust between the family unit, destroy them, and it is going to be very easy to control a population where there is no social fabric. And at the same time you import millions of immigrants to mix it up to make sure now you have a huge population that is lost, that is [only] looking for the new hot app to follow. And you can rule over them very easily and they will never rise up and fight against you.”

Just because you know about game, understand it and use it doesn't mean that you have to love it. I get what he's yearning for here. I get tired of putting on a 'front' to some degree. Actually, front is the wrong word. It's more that just have to be on your guard 24/7, it can be exhausting, that's why guys suffer from player burnout.
I guess it could be considered a downside of enlightenment, but make no mistake, I wouldn't have it any other way.

Thanks to this forum, I recently discovered Gavin McInnes.
After watching a couple of his videos, I have great respect for this guy. He has style and is fun to watch. He seems to be an advocate for the red pill (and is suitable for the mass media). Correct me if I am wrong, please, because I am not familiar with all of his references to american/british culture/politics.

We accept reality as it is, not as we want it to be. That fact does not rid is of our wishes, but manages our expectations of them. Roosh conveys the idea throughout much of his work that he would prefer a world where being a man of strong morals who cared for himself and provided for his family would be enough to get a high quality woman who would care for her own health, devote herself to a husband and children, and keep a good home. That's not the world we live in though, so we observe and test what works and what does not.
If women were chaste until marriage and desired to be monogamous homemakers, the game would be displaying the characteristics that attract those women instead of the liberated sluts we have now.
