Muslim "royal" families in these southeast asian countries (Malaysia, Indonesia, Brunei) are full of absolute retards who have lived on generations of unearned inheritance and if you deep dive into their backgrounds some of their ancestors were even hand selected by former colonial overlords for easy manipulation. The reality is that these countries economies are run by everyone except the muslim population (including the royals) because they are incredibly stupid people in general.
