When I was growing up in the UK it was common for young girls (pre-teens) to refer to their special place as their 'front bottom' rather than use any other kind of rude word!

Pardon me for not understanding the crazies that well, but let's assume you're a trans woman who has undergone years of awful surgeries and hormonal treatments in order to become a woman. Would you really be referring to your hard-earned achievement as a "front hole" as if it were a trash can?

They also brag about being a proud member of the lunatic asylum:
