I feel bad for her, like millions of women like her she became a victim of the corporate system. Essentially she exchanged a career and earning potential for her own progeny and genetic future. There are no do overs and no mulligans, as a woman you only get a small window of fertility. Once you’ve missed that you’ve effectively become a genetic dead end.

We are now slowly moving into period in which millions of women are suddenly going to realize that they made a faustian deal with the corporate behemoth there currently rules our existence. There’s no future in that system, no joy, no hope, and no happiness. It’s time for change. And God willing we will witness that change within our lifetimes

One of the most amazing things about women is their lack of awareness.

They are able to memorize "study" for a test, spit out the results, and then go out 5 minutes later and do the exact opposite of what they just "learned". It is remarkable to observe. They can make straight A's in most any subject and never be able to apply any of it in the real world to benefit themselves. They just follow the herd and do as told and never question it, unless it is something the herd is told to question.

Getting tattoos, oh the herd says it is cool, go for it. Most guys don't like it. Well, I'm an independent woman, so tough luck.

Study personal finance, get their first career job, then go blow $50,000 on a car and have a luxury apartment. Some man will have to provide better for me. The economy is a mess. Well, then he isn't man enough for me.

Women voting is the most important issue for me. Okay, should women be 54% of registered voters, vote to send men off to a war when they are a fraction of the military, and don't have to sign up for a draft? You just hate women!

It is amazing at how insulated they are from the real world and at the same time so damned determined to try to control it based on an obviously stunted and outdated ideology, which to anyone with common sense can see will come back to haunt them.
 
German cars suck now. The quality, Engineering, that craftsman like attention to detail is almost completely gone.

The Japanese are still going strong with their craftsman denim, leather boots, Hilux and Tacomas … certain other things though.

Italians still make things to be enjoyed (simple affordable coffees machines, Neapolitan suits)

Every real craftsman on earth is over 50.

To me this isn't a men/women issue. There are generalities sure, but to me it's far more an issue of skin in the game.

54% of women voting to send 46% of men to war is no different than 52% of the poor people, most of whom paid no net taxes, voting to increase benefits and handouts from the most productive 48%. If you're in the bottom 52%, no matter what else, any external factors, this seems like a good idea, again and again and again, until there's nothing left.

This is the fundamental flaw in democracy, people realize they can vote for what's good for them, vs what's good for society.

I'm sure I posted this before on this form, but always to me reminds me of this quote:

Far too many people are devoid on any consequences of the things they vote for. This is significantly worsened by a huge time lag in many things. Vote against stable poor families because muh empowerment? Well you'll really feel it in 20 years when their single parent kids grow up and rob you!

In Rome voting was restricted to landlowners.I'm not for that because it can create dynasties and oligopolies. Some sort of system where everyone can become a full citizen with voting rights, but where you have to show your committment to the state, via military or civil service. Put something on the line, put some skin in the game, then maybe people should care even a little about your say in how a society should run.

From time to time I've seen the proposal that voting rights should be restricted to married men with children. I'm not quite sure that's ideal, but I also can't think of anything more ideal.

To be fair there was a couple that went out to a country that the state department warned would be dangerous...lo and behold they got beheaded by terrorists.
 
I don't know if everybody will agree with me, but I must say I find modern refridgerators very annoying and stupid.
They have a feature that makes it difficult to open the fridge door for about a minute after you closed it (climate change!). As if it's going to prevent anyone from opening it again. It's only going to annoy everyone. I need to open it NOW. I want to open it NOW, you stupid normie engineer!

Expect more of this. What you experienced was a two-for-one. One - climate change/sustainability and two - diversity. Not only did you get hit with sustainability but the people who likely designed, built, and sold this fridge were "diverse". It's a whole lot of dysfunction and, for the moment, it's only going to get worse.

I can't help but see an opportunity. Why not make a better mouse trap? Money always finds value like air in a vacuum. What you described above is an inferior product. Wouldn't you want a better fridge?

That's what parallelism promises, a real economy with products made as best as it can be and to last. I'm dreaming here because we're just getting started to say the least, but, if parallelism catches on, it will engender such favorable conditions. A parallel economy that makes better mouse traps will gain market share and the legacy woke/sustainably economy will die. Dare to dream.

If you build a better mouse trap and do not capitulate they will use lawfare to shut you down.

I'm not saying not to do it, but refrigerator manufacturing, for instance, is not something easily done in a parallel economy.

Of course - nothing worth doing is easy. But, we must do something at some point. I'm all for going Amish, splitting from the depraved society, and starting anew. Something has to give. History and even ideas like refrigerators started with a vision. That's where we are with parallelism. Maybe there's another way or option, I'm all for that.

Lawfare? Just another obstacle that can be circumvented. Dare to dream.
 
I've got a brother in law working in a warehouse for a major grocery chain.

He's not dumb, albeit somewhat addled by excessive entertainment and Reddit.


For his coworkes, he's got ample stories of some incredibly stupid people who go into and out of the work.

The best way to deal with lawfare is get backing from some major foreign capital. For example, something like a Saudi Prince. They'll be a bit less able to crush you if the ultimate source of your seed capital is a big fish.
