I think men looking for some sort of global standard that incorporates "truth" are wasting their time. Male and female power can be and is exercised in all possible environments. If the standard where you live is for women to wear chador's in public the woman looking for attention will simply let it slip "accidentally", or find another way to gain attention. There is no force in the universe that can prevent women, and men, from exercising their sexual power.

She's from the Himba tribe. They live in a very remote part of Northern Namibia.

Looks like the broad in the photo is a married gal. The paste in her hair is called Otjize (butterfat and ochre), they rub in their skin too, to protect from the heat and bug bites, due to water scarcity in their area.

The cop was out of line. Cops are employed to stop people breaking the law. And maybe these sisters were doing for attention-whoring purposes. Doesn't matter. They weren't doing anything illegal. They have the right to bare breasts. Cops shouldn't be harassing people for doing things that are perfectly legal.
Usually the only people exercising these sort of rights are old unattractive people. For once it is young and attractive women. The only crime I see is that somehow with all the publicity this has caused, it seems that no-one there thought to take pictures.

I've done some googling and haven't found anything myself, however I am always amazed at what the roosh sleuths are capable of finding.
