Don't know about sperm count as such. Yet I do have some figures for testosterone that I find interesting. Feb'16 blood test, just prior to my first (& only) amateur kickboxing bout. T = 16 nmol/L. Lots of cardio, lots of kickboxing training prior. Feb'17 blood test, after a years worth of more "strength & conditioning" / weight based training. T = 20 nmol/L. In general I avoid food / beverage plastic packaging & soy as much as possible. & I don't shy away from animal fat. Plus I simply prefer the taste & texture of 'organic' / 'grass fed' / 'free range' products over more mass produced products. Also supplement readily with D3, magnesium, zinc & now with fulvic minerals : https://www.onnit.com/fulvic-minerals/ Granted I'd need to do a few more blood tests to determine a definite baseline for my T levels. Yet I've generally felt more vigorous since switching to a "strength & conditioning" exercise format while also putting on ~10kgs of mass.
