Both parts are very relevant. Lifestyle and chemical. Look at Mexicans. I think it was Tuthmosis that once pointed out that even though Mexican's had the worst diabetes and obesity rates, they still lived longer than their black and white counterparts, because they had happier lifestyles. I think he cited that the men were always chill as fuck. When I look back at my grandparents, despite the negative political landscape they grew up in, they were WAY happier than my parents by a very large factor. We all have to take stress management classes and training these days, because no one knows how to chill the fuck out anymore. Porn and electronics like TV does not relieve stress contrary to what people think it does. Getting away from Christ, as a society, makes us forget why we are here and lose purpose. Lack of purpose hurts the drive, which allows depression to set it. It's all a giant snowball. Depression rates are super high and rising every year as well and that is chemical based imbalances in the brain. If I recall correctly, aren't the oldest T levels collected around 40-ish years old? They were higher than ours on average when I last saw them. Infertility was not quite as common back then as it is nowadays. There are fertility clinics everywhere these days. It's huge business. Even though smoking and heavy drinking drops sperm cell counts, we have more sinister things in our air and water that they may not have had, and like Kosko posted, their food was better than ours. When it is not fucked with, food is your medicine. If most of us do not smoke anymore and drinking is the same or less than our ancestors, we definately introduced alot more issues into our environment, than before.
