(srs) Why do guys have no legs and butts?

This. I don't play as much as when I was younger, but my legs/butt got big from hockey. Now, in addition to squats/deadlifts, I add skater hops to keep that skating movement.

Yeah definately most guys neglect working out on legs. I remember my dad used to be big into lifting when he was younger and looking at pics of him and his friends is comical as they all had big arms and upper bodies and chicken legs to the point of looking ridiculous. I think for the most part women don't pay as much attention to legs tough i do think women enjoy a nice butt. I'm sorta a skinnier more toned guy will weigh between 140 and 160 depending but for some reason I got like a black girl butt lol my girl really likes it and is always having her gf's grab my ass...i dont mind. I tend to be a bit stockier in my legs and butt just naturally but I think most guys even larger guys just tend to have skinnier legs so you really cant neglect leg days. Also the more you work out your upper body the more important it is to focus on your legs to stay proportionate as most guys tend to have scrawnier legs anyway

Yeh you don't need to squat to have solid legs and a butt.

Never really did squat until my weightlifting program in college made me. My legs were trucks and ass was glorious because I was a sprinter.

Squat and deadlift provide more power and strengthen muscles against injuries.

The Chino/Kahki thing is a better idea as those hug the glutes better and women notice it more. I've got a rump butt and women will complement me on it quite a bit. Growing up I was self-conscious about it because its covered in hair like a grizzly bear but now IDGAF about that shit no more. Women still grab it when they get the chance too and they swoon when I am in the briefs. I never realized a good butt was something women check and sneak looks for, always assumed it was something only dudes checked for.

I have shitty legs.

No calves, either.

Several of my exes have pointed it out and had a laugh at my expense. I usually responded with, "Oh well, nobodys perfect. I have tiny legs, and you cant give head to save your life."

It's somewhat genetics, too. Most guys aren't given good genes for legs, and have to really work at it.

I'm the opposite, was given buff legs, but ZERO upper body. Have to work my ass off in the gym for every millimeter of chest growth or abs strength, but all I need to is ride a bike and my thighs will be fucking jacked. I refrain from doing more than 225lb in squats because if I did I'd have to buy new pants

It's good to hear that we as group have realized that girls evaluate man's lower body too.

Just recently I read opinions that women care just about V-shape and biceps on this very forum.

But from my experience - since I started heavy squatting girls have complimented my butt and have started touching it initiating sex.

I also love wearing shorts and displaying my thick calves now when summer starts. It somehow makes me feel like a goddamn sexual tyrannosaurus.

I've actually had to limit my leg workouts because I find my thighs and ass are naturally too big, which sucks because I love me my squats and dead lifts. The ache in my thighs, glutes, and calfs that lasts days after doing legs is such a good pain.
