Stanford Rape Case: Victim Letter Going Viral

^I think the relevance of the sex being semi-conscious or in-and-out-of-consciousness is largely besides the point.

If the female gets the creeps or suddenly decides "she's not like that" then it's rape, whether she was lucid or blotto.

Plenty of girls are so trapped in a fucked up mental space that they will lie there during sex or even interact while in their head they're screaming "I don't want this". Fortunately for the average RVF member they only tend to have this reaction when they're drunk or vulnerable enough to go to bed with a beta and then suddenly realise their mistake half way through.

Women have confided this is me before, that they've entered into sex with some loser and half way through thought better of it, but had no idea at the time how to call the whole thing off.

The popular thought among feminists now is that what they're suffering is rape, not that the male participant could possibly know...
Exactly! But what were the specifics of this Stanford guys case? If they were both so buzzed to be doing it in the back street..

Rape = Forced into it..
Not being clear or fully conscious and dilemma-tic & on the fence even during the act.. is NOT

This reminds me of the recent story about the teacher who had sex with her underage pupil who is now suing him for damaging her reputation!

A former Arroyo Grande High School culinary arts teacher who is currently in jail for having sex with an underage student has filed a lawsuit against the teen with whom she had intercourse. The former teacher alleges the teen defamed her.

https://calcoastnews.com/2017/07/former-arroyo-grande-teacher-sues-student-sex/

It is never the woman's fault, and like ants getting chemical signals from other ants, all women rally around her because if they ever want to pretend away reality, they know they are helping set that precedent.

If I remember this right, this woman had already graduated. So what the hell was she doing even going to a freshman party at college?

Creepy when a man does it, unmentioned when a woman does.

The most likely scenario is she was slumming it a bit, ended up looking trashy, and went into full damage control mode, with no concern whatsoever for how it affected the dude.

My instinctive reaction to the "victim statement" (OP) is that it stinks. Overall, it just stinks.

First red flag: this does not sound like the writing of a woman who is in any way mentally stable, not due to whatever happened but as a core part of her personality. You cannot trust anything extreme neurotics/hystericals like this say, period.

Second, you write a tenth of a novel on something you claim you don't even remember? The gruelling aftermath of something you completely don't remember? Read between the lines and its just more attention whoring. The first purpose of the text is to gain positive attention desperately craved and an excuse for what was most probably a heated fumble engaged in by both parties who were both extremely intoxicated. This is much better than admitting that you did not have the self-control to not get extremely drunk and let yourself be in isolation by a dumpster and engage in sexual activities with an elite college athlete, who realistically could have had his pick of plenty of other women to bang. She was most likely very drunk and looking very easy so the dude was opportunistic for sure, yet probably similarly to the woman, extremely intoxicated. How is her poor judgment allowed to be excused while his is absolutely not, because she claims to remember absolutely nothing about it? That's the second purpose of the text: to excuse herself of irresponsible and slutty behavior. Assuming she genuinely didn't remember anything (of which I am still skeptical), the victimhood hyperbole scattered in almost every single sentence is a comprehensive attempt to absolve herself of being a girl who willingly gets blind drunk and gets fucked behind dumpsters. Instead of being at best a dumb girl who got drunk to the point that she lost the ability somewhere during the act to consent to sexual activity, or at worst a vile slut shit scared of losing her boyfriend and being labeled that girl who fucked Brock by the dumpster/in a dark alley like a crackwhore/whatever else you want to call this type of woman, she is instead a brave victim, and an inspiration to true (or false, whore cares these days) rape victims, battling every day against the horrific trauma of something she doesn't even remember. I've had operations before but I have no mental trauma from the pain of having my skin sliced open because I wasn't conscious to feel any of the pain. If she was truly completely blacked out, she didn't even endure the "worst" of it. So instead she comes up with all this exaggerated "aftermath" hyperbole. Real rape victims tend not to want to relive the experience let alone post a minature novel on the internet about how horrific men are and about how blameless, terrified and virtuous she is.

Did the guy drag the girl from the public gathering to the alley/behind the dumpster isolation? No, because people would have clearly seen the struggle if she was not consenting at that time. The guy is also heavily intoxicated, and she is responsive in his eyes (assuming her exaggerated description of her level of initial intoxication at the start of the sexual activity), so it is far more plausible that she was active, drunk, horny and that to this drunk 19 year old college athlete another drunken fumble. The question of her maybe falling asleep later on or drifting in and out of the drunken haze is probably there, but this guy is drunk as fuck as well - how is he meant to know (assuming again she is telling the truth that she was limp and then asleep) at the precise second that she is no longer capable of "consent"? Both parties are not behaving perfectly here: the girl is behind a dumpster getting fingered (which she would not be doing sober) and the guy for all we know could be in and out of sleep as well. The responsibility should be borne equally if there is to be true equality: this is a situation of two human beings highly intoxicated, not just one, yet somehow the man is supposed to know, in his own heavily intoxicated state, the precise moment at which the girl "theoretically withdraws consent".

A top college athlete, almost certainly not without options as far as girls go, on a handsome scholarship to one of the most reputable colleges in the entire world, in his right mind would risk all that to rape a (most likely) average looking drunken slut? He like her was drunk out of his mind. That's why he defended himself legally as aggressively as he did, and did his utmost to "fill in the details" that the girl conveniently and (in my opinion) rather conspicuously forgot. Of course when the course of his life is on the line, he is going to bring as much of the truth to the table as he can. The "victim"'s sexual past and general mental condition are absolutely relevant. The reason she was so affected by the aggressive questioning because the truth fucking hurts. Nearly 10,000 words of hamstering away her own past mistakes is the result. What are you, a strong, virtuous, independent woman capable of making your own decisions as mental equal to a man, or a weak, vulnerable, perennial victim who has no more capacity for agency than a little child? Common sense would dictate that you cannot have one without the other, but these women are masters of social manipulation, highly skilled social chameleons: when the "I'm just as strong and independent as a man" suits her goals, she will play that role, but she reverts to the "I'm just as vulnerable and incapable as a toddler please help my helpless little incapable and traumatized self" when shit gets too difficult.

As for the guy running away when being chased by a couple white knights, this doesn't automatically mean guilt at all. He is intoxicated and outnumbered; the dudes could have weapons. What's far more important is the implicit content of this annoying diatribe.

Of course there's a possibility that this was a clear cut rape as I have not heard all the facts, but based on that buzzfeed mini-novel, something stinks, enough so for me to rule innocent until proven guilty. Unfortunately members of the jury are not raised in a vacuum; there are white knights and bitter old feminist hags and even otherwise reasonably intelligent people simply brainwashed by this "rape culture" hysteria.

I can safely say that victims of ROP refugee gangrapes at Swedish music festivals are far more in need of help than some self-absorbed slut who most likely had a drunken fumble with a college athlete while having a boyfriend and needed to play the victim card because she couldn't handle the consequences of her actions if she had held her hands up like a "real man" and admitted to family and her boyfriend that she fucked up and perhaps more pertinently admitted to herself that she is a self-absorbed, mentally unstable slut. The 10,000 words are as much a cry for attention from other people as they are a therapeutic essay for herself to justify her own idiocy and worthlessness.

TLDR just my opinion but I call bullshit on this one, at the very least it is not beyond reasonable doubt. But the US justice system and college kangaroo courts don't care: this guy's (previously exceptionally promising) life is ruined. What a waste. Maybe he can try - somehow - to rebuild something, perhaps in a different country, when he gets out.

Brock Turner is appealing his conviction. He already served time so the only effect would be to have his record expunged and be taken off the sex offender registry. Good for him! I hope he wins.

Brock Turner is appealing his rape conviction after being sentenced to six months behind bars for sexually assaulting an unconscious woman outside a fraternity party.

The New York Daily News reported on Saturday, December 2, that lawyers for the former Stanford University swimmer described his first trial as a “detailed and lengthy set of lies” and also claimed that Santa Clara County Superior Court Judge Aaron Persky “neglected to tell jurors to consider lesser criminal charges.”

No kidding. That "victim statement" was a complete fabrication. "Piles of pine needles" left in several rooms...BS.

Judge Persky has been successfully recalled by voters in Santa Clara county:

https://www.washingtonpost.com/news...k-turner-to-six-months-in-stanford-rape-case/

The Michele Dauber monster is triumphant:

The California judge who evoked national outrage after sentencing Stanford University swimmer Brock Turner to six months in jail after his conviction for sexually assaulting an unconscious student was ousted from office Tuesday night following a tempestuous recall campaign.

Voters in Santa Clara County removed Superior Court Judge Aaron Persky from the bench in a victory for the campaign that argued Persky’s leniency in the sexual assault case was an affront to the victim and all survivors. As of 4:30 a.m. Pacific Time, 59.6 percent of voters supported recalling Persky, with 76 percent of precincts reporting, according to the Santa Clara County Registrar of Voters.

Persky, 56, had served on the court since 2003.

His supporters had argued that removing a duly elected judge over disagreement with a controversial but lawful sexual assault sentence would both erode the democratic process and cause judges everywhere to impose lengthier sentences for fear of public backlash.

“Tonight many, many voters voted against the culture of impunity for high-status perpetrators of sexual assault or domestic violence,” Michele Dauber, a Stanford University professor and chair of the Recall Judge Aaron Persky Campaign, told The Washington Post. “This election expresses clearly that sexual assault, sexual violence is serious and it has to be taken seriously by elected officials. It’s a historical moment when women across all sectors of society are standing up saying, ‘Enough is enough.’”

I guess we need to install more female judges who will read histrionic statements from the bench and sentence defendants according to the bloodthirsty whims and demands of female herd sadism instead of using standard sentencing guidelines. In the meantime, poor Brock, after having served his notoriously "lenient" sentence, is back home in Ohio where he is permanently registered as a level 3 sex offender -- the strictest possible classification, shared with violent child rapists etc. His appeal of the conviction is pending.

They just made it impossible for him to get an appeal, seeing as how granting one will end the judges career...

More importantly they are "suggesting" (ordering) judges bring guilty verdicts whenever some dumb ass crazy broad claims some shit.

This entire case was an outrageous miscarriage of justice. It's sad to say, but California is basically a no-go zone for heterosexual men now. Between affirmative consent laws and tremendous political pressure on judges/prosecutors, you will never get a fair trial, and can be sent to a hellish prison system without any hard evidence at all. California is also one of the few states where privately recording a conversation (including a hook up) counts as wiretapping, so trying to cover your ass that way is also risky.

The collapse of that state, and hopefully then Gilead, cannot come fast enough.

More hot pussy for me out here then.

Look let's be real this ALL could've been avoided if this dude knew how to pull a chick from a venue and bounce back to either pad.

A guy with game knows when a chicks wasted and a lost cause (possible rape charge) and when she's a little loose and DTF.

Saying California is a no go state more straight men and every woman is gunning for them is a ridiculous statement.

Everything said on a forum is a concentrated form of what's actually going on when you log off and go outside.

I should have been more clear. Go ahead and run game. But realize that as a straight man, you are now, officially and legally, a second class citizen. You are guilty until proven innocent, and media, government, and academic officials will rally an army of harpies to ruin your life if you resist. If anyone else doesn't submit to their insane demands, they will ruin them too.

Good luck.

You expect a 19 year old kid to know the foundational principles of game and to able to make these sorts of distinctions?

Come on man, you know exactly what I mean, but some common sense, like a sloppy ass chick passed out at a party you draw dicks on as a teenager, versus a standard drunk slutty college girl.

In his case straight fingerblasting a chick behind a dumpster in an alley in view of the street.

We'll never exactly know what happened that night between them.

At 16 as intorverted as i was even I knew what girls were sluts and dtf and what girls were drunk lushes prone to drama.

Are you from California? Have you lived here? How many girls have you slept with? How many dates have you been on?

If you choose to live in fear that there is a rape accusation around every corner, under every rock, with every glance at a woman, with every kiss with a woman.

Sure go ahead, don't talk to women, don't game, don't sleep with them.

There's perfectly good ways to avoid this if you want to learn to do so.

Or it might be time to get some fresh air.

I cannot emphasize enough to young guys that they should learn game, avoid getting sloppy drunk and especially avoid sloppy drunk girls. You don't ever want to be alone with one of those girls. These he-said-she-said cases of alleged sexual assault almost always involve someone being wasted drunk.

Game is an ambiguous word that has different meanings to different people. If you want to have more sex with girls then improve your appearance, improve your logistics, learn how to act around women and learn how to talk to women. Do these things and you can have sex with many of them and it should be a positive experience for everyone involved but avoid sloppy drunk girls at all costs.

A sloppy drunk girl is a huge liability even if you don't touch her because she could still accuse you of anything. If she is sloppy drunk then it's likely that something isn't right with her psychologically and she is more likely to be one of the crazy ones that craves attention, wants to be seen as a victim, or is willing to lie about anything to advance her feminist/sjw agenda.

Nobody knows exactly what happened with those kids at Stanford but I've read enough about this situation to know the activists were willing to lie and distort anything to influence the outcome. The judge being recalled is ridiculous. He followed the probation officer's recommendation for sentencing Brock Turner to six months in jail and the alleged victim even said “I don’t want him to rot away in jail; he doesn’t need to be behind bars”.

I hope Judge Persky turns this into something positive for himself and makes a lot of money doing it. I hope Michele Dauber eventually gets exposed for being the liar that she is.

Turner's lawyer now arguing he only wanted to dry hump the girl:

"The distinction is central to Multhaup’s argument that Turner should not have been convicted of assault with intent to commit rape because, he claims, Turner’s clothes were on when two bicyclists saw him thrusting on top of the half-naked, unconscious woman. He argued that Turner was engaged only in “outercourse,” a “version of safe sex” with no “penile contact,” Multhaup explained, the Palo Alto Weekly reported.

The long-shot legal argument had three California 6th District Court of Appeal justices scratching their heads, according to multiple accounts of the hearing."

He has absolutely no chance, of course. His argument is flimsy, and on top of that, the harpies managed to get a judge recalled despite his totally legitimate sentencing of Turner. A tragic waste of a young man's life.

washingtonpost.com/news/morning-mix/wp/2018/07/26/brock-turners-sexual-assault-appeal-he-intended-outercourse-not-intercourse/?noredirect=on&utm_term=.92ed353bf1ac

Taking the example of some kid getting in trouble for fingering a girl who was passed out in an alley as "all heterosexual males are 2nd class citizens" is ridiculous.

There's a crazy echo chamber effect in this community and too many fear-mongering dudes who are out of touch.

I assure you that real-life is quite different from what you read from hysterical stories on the web.

jefferyjerpp and I have seen both sides of this, believe me.

100+ notches, now I live in an essential pussy paradise, or atleast fun paradise for acting the fool and partying. I have had an insanely good time dicking around with young 20's girls in even California (SD, Newport Beach) very inebriated with essentially no consequences.

But we have very closely seen the dark side of these campuses. Shit is very real. The adult world isn't that bad in many parts of the country as it is in these coastal colleges.

The reason I can do dumb shit now in places like Cali, is because my crew and I are tall, good looking, well dressed, and more importantly have GAME. A drunk 19 year old knows god damn nothing, and they call his fumblings rape, ruin his life, and never give him the chance to learn and grow. They kill the man before he ever comes into being.

It is an abortion of sorts. All that potential lost.

I don't know if this guy is guilty or not. I DO know that, when i was young, fingering a drunk girl but not putting your penis in her would NOT be considered "rape". It would probably have been regarded by society as a "missed opportunity". Now it's rape. OK, whatever.

But the thing that really raises an eyebrow about this is that letter...that impossibly long, detailed, solipsistic, "pay attention to MEEEEEEEE!" letter. Mattress girl could've written that letter. It's the sort of letter perpetually aggrieved women write. In their minds, they write it in their own menstrual blood. They write it to over-dramatize an otherwise mundane situation, and satisfy a craving for drama.

True story: I was sexually assaulted as a 15 yr old. A guy tried to get a little touchy with my pee pee, fortunately denim jeans aren't very grope-friendly. I was a little frightened for a moment (we were in a car), but I got out of it OK. I told no one. I saw no reason to. I made sure never to go to the place where I might run into this guy again. But otherwise...problem solved.

What I didn't do it write a long, endless, meandering letter to anyone and everyone. Part of that is because i'm not a woman. But part of it is because i wanted to get far away from it, to put it out of my mind. And yet she doesn't. She wants to wallow in her supposed "raaaaaaaaaaaaaaaape!". She wants to wrap herself in it, like a fine dress, and parade herself all over town with it. Mattress girl did that, too, and scores of others.

And i can't help but feel that the reason they want to do that, the reason they don't have the normal "whoa! Let's put THAT chapter of my life far, far behind me!" like a normal victim, is that they are not normal victims.

Not normal victims. Let's examine this further.:

They certainly are not normal - more likely, they're a cocktail of delusion, psychosis, anger and who knows what all else, looking for someone to explode on like a grenade.

And, i suspect, they are not victims, either.

I assure you that real-life is quite different from what you read from hysterical stories on the web.

"Jack Montague and his attorneys recently discovered that David Post, who chaired the hearing panel against the basketball player, had been directly involved in getting his accuser to file a claim against him.....But Post was called in to assist Yale’s Deputy Title IX Coordinator Angela Gleason in convincing Montague’s accuser — referred to only as Jane Roe in court documents — to file a formal complaint against him, after she had opted for an informal resolution that wouldn’t punish the former basketball captain."

Real life is definitely different, but make no mistake, men are either second class citizens or walking targets in many academic and corporate environments (where sadly I spend my time). For example Yale bureaucrats literally conspired to get a kid expelled, because he was a star athlete and they wanted to show they were "serious" about fighting the fake rape culture they invented. I would also be unsurprised if politically motivated DAs in democrat controlled areas started pushing show trials to bolster their reputation.
