I think the Christian thing to do, when observing a certain kind of behavior, is to assume the person is trying to do the right thing - but is under some kind of delusion, as the Church teaches *all* of us are - rather than consciously spreading evil, at least until they’ve behaved in such a way that doubt can no longer be maintained. May God forgive us all.

I hope you are right brother I hope its by accident and not on purpose, I only recently came to this conclusion after months of following the page, even so I might be wrong and maybe shouldnt have said it so strongly, I agree 100% we can all be in some kind of delusion, coming from your background and knowledge do you have any idea about the 2 story library that he uses as his background?

I don’t. I’ve spoken with him a bit, and he invited me on his show a couple months ago to discuss Freemasonry, so I don’t think he is a Freemason as another poster was wondering about. I’m not familiar with this library of his, do you have a photo or screenshot of it?

Strange, he seems to be breaking new ground with his penchant for stirring controversy. I've heard of liberal Orthodox defending reception by chrismation for those who had a Trinitarian baptism, but I've never heard anyone going out and saying that baptism doesn't need to be Trinitarian. A lot of libs don't even go that far!

We do have one ancient Saint that defended Baptism by single immersion, but he was very much alone in that viewpoint (to my knowledge) and it was certainly not accepted by the wider Church - however, even in that case I’m sure that even if it was only one immersion it was still done in the name of the Father, Son and Holy Spirit.

This is peculiar argument since supposedly "based", "orthodox memes" and "bros" aren't much better fruits than the brainless leftists, those are rather two sides of one coin. Orthodox man is not one with square jaw, black-and-white partisan mindset and fitness maniac, but a repentant ascetic.
