Russia’s security services have detained Akram Azimov, the elder brother of the suspected St. Petersburg Metro bombing organizer, saying he transferred money that helped fund the terrorist attack that killed 14 people.

This attack was most probably real (in the sense of "organic", not staged), and this guy a bona fide terrorist, but previous big terror attacks in Russia like the 1999 Moscow apartments bombings were most likely FSB false flag operations. It's a murky world we live in...
