The Biden-Harris Administration

Mission creep as expected. It was nothing to do with Jan 6th. We could very well be living in a time where the US lifts the mask and reveals its true dystopian face.

A permanent fence around the Capitol, hundreds of new security personnel -- either the National Guard or a military police presence -- and new authorities for the District of Columbia's National Guard to be dispatched in emergency situations, one of the sources said. The plan under consideration also would expand the US Capitol Police force, potentially by hiring hundreds more officers, and make changes to the USCP's board.
Honoré's report included many of the proposals the House is now considering, including putting up retractable and mobile fencing at the Capitol, providing additional authorities for the DC Guard and restructuring the Capitol Police board and improving Capitol Police intelligence gathering.

Video of Putin's full statement to Biden last week.

Putin: "...we have a different genetic, cultural and moral code, but we know how to defend our own interests."

That and...speaking from a bit of personal knowledge, federal contractors have a lot of lobby power. The way you get a cushy contract is by getting in touch with the right lobbyist who ends up owning a stake in whatever venture is created after the dust settles,

When Biden just cuts out a contract like this it means you suddenly have a buttload of pissed off, well connected and well funded lobbyists who just got their cash cow slaughtered.

Most likely this lawsuit will be settled another way that avoids any wall construction but ensures the lobbyists get the cash they were supposed to get.

The Bumbling Biden Clown Show continues...

Senators Mazie Hirono (D-Hawaii) and Tammy Duckworth (D-IL) said earlier this week that they’d refuse to vote for any of President Joe Biden’s nominees who aren’t racial minorities after going public with their anger that the cabinet lacks Asian Americans. The Senators added that they would only vote for a white nominee if the nominee is LGBTQ.
White and straight is a no-go.

Duckworth and Hirono have backed off after a tense exchange between Duckworth and a top Biden aide earlier in the week. In response, the White House agreed to add a senior Asian American and Pacific Islander liaison. So the threat may have been less of a warning for now, but moving forward, the two senators will cite racism and cause chaos among the party if the Biden administration doesn’t follow their requests. If Democratic senators have pledged once to vote against all white candidates, they will do it again. And eventually, they will follow through with it.

In a 50-50 Senate, Duckworth and Hirono’s support is crucial. Any Democrat opposition puts executive branch and judicial picks in jeopardy.
