This guy could be wearing that patch for so many reasons, for you to draw conclusions such as globalist and giving up sovereignty to a photo of a close protection officer's patch really shows how ignorant you are.

1. He is an American officer on exchange working with Brazilian GPI officers
2. He worked with Miami Swat in the past
3. He likes the patch
4. He has friends in Miami SWAT who gave him the patch
5. He went on exchange to Miami Swat

The guy you show is Danilo Campetti, a member of the Quick Intervencion Group (GPI) from the Federal Police. You can see it by the GPI patch in his hat and chest. The PCERJ/CAT is from a urban combat training (Tactic Action Course, as is the Miami patch, as he did a SWAT course there.
