The Chinese now have control over a Hong Kong Polymer Bank Note printing press. It was the first piece of equipment they seized when they took over Hong Kong. They can now print polymer notes that Australia and Canada use (and other European countries - 24 countries use this technology).
Currently China is flooding Vancouver with cloned currency via corrupted Vancouver casinos and other venues similar to

Essentially, Chinese CCP is taking over land in large swaths of British Columbia for nothing ie fake money for real tangible property assets.
In addition, China has being leveraging currency manipulation in many parts of Africa and South America via counterfeiting paper currencies creating debt traps based on fake monies for many poor nations.
Guardian Polymer Notes
China currently employs four mechanisms for currency manipulation:
1)Cloned polymer notes, relatively new
2)Cloned chinese notes being washed through shady 3rd tier banks internationally and inside China and then wired via to HSBC and onto destination locations like Vancouver.
3)Debt based on cloned 3rd world money that is easily counterfeited in exchange for land like Sri Lankan ports.
4)Dumping tons of fake bills on economic centers in 2nd and 3rd world nations like Zimbabwe creating hyper inflation.
Fake Canadian 50$ polymer notes
In Canada, Trudeau is trying to print lots of money to counter the Chinese currency manipulation but is risking massive inflation like Zimbabwe.Unfortunately, since he admires the China CCP party, both routes lead to an eventualism of communism. Right now, we are seeing a cradle to grave all encompassing Government attempting to take over everything from daycare operators to pharmacare and onto and into a rationed healthcare system whereby everything is limitted or rationed to poverty.
When taxation is at 100%, we have full blown communism whereby the state issues a stipend to survive ie guaranteed national income programs. Right now, taxation in Canada is around 60-70% when you factor in income tax, sales taxes and misc. gov fees.
