Why would men work? To what end? If there's no family to garner the resources for, then men are easily satisfied. Give us a mattress, some food, and a roof over our head, 2 pairs of jeans and a few shirts and we're good. There's no incentive for men to conquer the world so to speak for they're doing it for nobody, since women aren't interested the least in having families or making good wives. Moreover, with the welfare stuff it's fairly easy to get on the dole some way or another. Here in the NL, 1.3 mil are in the welfare system either for not being able to work, or getting fired, or whatever subsidy there's out there, out of a labor force of 13 mil. That's 10% allegedly can't work or needs support. While there's always a portion of the population that needs the support for sure, you cannot tell me that that goes for 10%. But well if the system wants to keep you dumb, stupid and weak, then a massive welfare system is fantastic, and combine that with feminism and the attack on men/the family, then you're gonna demotivate men to the point that they're just not motivated anymore to contribute anymore and be of value. End result is a disorganized society that's organized enough to keep going on the backs of the slaves that continue in it, and weak enough not to form any threat of uprising. That's the perfect combo the regime is looking for.

Let's define working first: it means you work in the system and you're taxable 50% on everything you do.

Many men work in private. Work on my house, help family, help friends. This is not work according to the system.

The system wants taxable work.

There is little advantage to work in the system. For this reason there is a large black market economy especially for the "dirty" jobs.

Yes, the video missed the mark quite a bit. Men are dropping out because there isn't much to live for anymore. At least in the 50s when they said the labor participation rate was 98%, many men had a thin pretty traditional wife who would cook them dinner. Now? Many married men I see are completely emasculated and dating down, sometimes substantially down. That's for the ones who can actually pair up. Many don't. Women are beginning to earn more and have more degrees. What is the incentive for working hard and upholding your values when society and women don't care?

I suggest people watch an old movie with Michael Douglas called Falling Down. It's a sad story about a man who just snaps on society, but there is a telling part when he says how he did everything right and should be rewarded. Instead, he wasn't. Also this one:

"I lost my job. Actually I didn't lose it. It lost me. I'm overeducated, underskilled—Maybe it's the other way around. I forget—but I'm obsolete. I'm not economically viable. I can't even support my own kid."

That's the message men in the West are given, they are obsolete and not viable. No wonder many drop out.

Good analysis. I saw these things while watching, especially the caricature of the Nazi store owner. But his statement at the end that once we are gone nobody will care or know we existed. That can be extrapolated to everyone. Even the most influential people in history will eventually be forgotten. I see how it's trying to convey the very black pilled message though.

The whole situation of America is very reminiscent of what happened at the end of the Western Roman Empire. Of course we can talk all day about the Eastern Roman Empire (Byzantine) but no one talks about it hat happened to the Western Roman Empire.

There’s this mythos that barbarians took over the West and the medieval era began, but what I’ve found out from side bar university is that’s later. Like the 700s 800s where the Franks took over everything and started what would become Catholicism and the medieval feudal system. In the 400s, 500s, and 600s, the rank and file Western Roman just stoped caring. Nobody was interested in saving the Empire because the Empire just wasn’t worth saving. The “benefits” of Roman citizenship made life more miserable - not better.

You had this massive behemoth that taxed you to death, wouldn’t let you leave your town or even change jobs, and forced you to fight for an aristocracy that no longer even shared your interests. The late Roman aristocracy was no longer a soldier elite “of the people” it had been, It has become an entrenched hereditary group that operates on pure fantasy. I see that in modern America.

I’d like to know where the shift happened then and when the shift happened now. Like look at “Wolf of Wall Street” The financial and advertising system was ran by “boys will be boys types” and not the corporate wokesters. And looking at 00s Hollywood, I want to know what happened? A shift happened where the elites of our society got consumed by fantasy.

And it’s going to end their society. Without young men putting in the work, there’s no civis. Young men build the city. And those young men become middle aged men with families who carry the torch. Fortunately they did interview the manufacturer's association to get their opinion on why nobody wants their underpaying job. 99.9% of manufacturers admitting that they aren't paying fair wages, but we'll blame the worker.

They did also get the diversity hire HR lady to whine how their inability to pay real wages to another 15 people is costing them $5million/year in sales. CBS's own stat said it was for an average of $26/hour, or ~$52,000/year. Yet each worker would be bringing in $333,333 worth of business. So by their own math, they are only realizing 1/6 of the revenue they generate with up to 1/2 of it going to taxes. I'm sure the manufacturer isn't paying those tax rates. Why aren't they accepting those terms? Who cares, it's the workers' fault.

Why aren't they championing women for equality and equity on these difficult jobs?

Great post. You nailed them. Look a little deeper and you always find how ridiculous their positions are. They are so used to lowballing or abusing people they don't even wanna make money on the bottom line anymore. Amazing. This happens with hospital systems and doctors, by the way, where physicians are grossly underpaid compared to the system (which reaps HUGE profits and money because of hospital lobby, etc) ... but of course no one wants to hear people with 6 figure salaries to complain about being lowballed. Yet they do the work, have all the liability, and the C-suites make millions. I guess that's ok.

One more thing I have to say, which is why are the only people that make really positive comments (I chuckled when he said, "This is the greatest time to live in") go on to inevitably admit that they are married with kids?
