The problem with this is that when you have to give advice like he's giving (and it isn't bad), the society is lost. Whether men or women are to blame at that point of the society is irrelevant.

After years of pooping in the waters of what remained of US dating “culture”, ultra-left women (actually now a normalized demographic and so not so “ultra”) are being encouraged to head abroad for love, which always means to a country that is more traditional than the US.
France, for all its immigration and other leftist problems, is day-to-day thrice as conservative as your average East Coast liberal enclave in the US. The country has even gone so far as to label the woke ideology of the kind espoused by these same American woman as an existential threat.
These US women have demanded, quite successfully with the help of the media, corporations and government, that gender norms be destroyed in America and they’re still unhappy.
Go figure!

I agree, it's literal fake news, but if women somehow keep imitating men in everything, specially moving aboard to reduce living costs, it may be possible in the next years. Still we can't deny that there is a growing tendency to meet your future partner over the internet and that women over the internet have access to a global sexual marketplace. I live in South America and my boss told me his young son got an american girlfriend, he went to visit her to rural Alabama and met her family, after that she came here to visit his family and now he is moving to the US in the next months, and months ago someone I knew told me that his sister were dating an australian man online, a female chilean friend is dating a dutch man, and other guy from Canada is orbiting her. We can't underestimate the level of attention a woman get over the internet anymore
I don't deny this, but people think men get duped ... this is the ultimate in duping for access to the USA (since at least a major portion of men realize that you generally don't bring the woman back). Like men, if they were dumb enough to do this (they are), they'll get divorced here in the USA by those guys too (lol). Still, I don't see women in any significant degree doing this, because a) it is still pretty uncommon for men to do this and b) it doesn't fit their biology and behavior to be explorers beyond their own culture. If they happen to travel, it's only to resorts and for dumb selfies to do the whole social media posting thing, not to be part of a new culture and try for a family, as in a real life scenario.
In a sermon I heard recently, the priest put it very succinctly. There can be no growth without discomfort. Anything that makes you feel comfortable and relaxed, is ultimately bad for you. Sitting on a couch. Overeating, especially with added sugars. Not exercising. Hot showers. Smoking. Drinking. Scrolling. All of these things harm you, but it's what feels good. The Orthodox Church is the only Christian Church pushing ascetism, which is basically summed up as bodily discomfort to improve yourself spiritually, and also as a result physically. Christ said his disciples would fast after he was gone, and that has been completely abandoned nowadays, except in the Orthodox Church.
In relation to this thread - we as men need to push ourselves to abandon comfort so we have the moral high ground to tell our wives, daughters, and the women we are courting, that no, you can't go out in yoga pants and a bra. No you can't smoke marijuana. No you can't go bar hopping with the girls. Grow up. If you're doing those things as well, you can't correct women because they can smell hypocrisy.

Well, you’ll note in my post I said “are being encouraged” and “hamstering/solipsism”.
The important thing here, at least so far, is not numbers but rather the mentality being encouraged - “toxic dating scene” without naming the women, so it must be the men then?
Many of the failed gender war policies and trends are reaching the first of many major cliffs. A scapegoat is needed.
Some people might say we’ve already gone off the cliff but what I’d say in response is that many of these women have not hit the ground en masse yet. Maybe their looks and morals have, but the societal consequences are not quite there yet, as bad as they already are.
Wish I'd had the wisdom to have corrected some women in the past for their awful behaviour. Rather than doing what I did - disappear. One of them probably would have accepted and become a real woman. But I think taking a hard hand would end up becoming my comfort. Seeing those eyes of rage that you would dare correct them. And you know they love it too.
We know it's fake news because of the simple fact that men from non-Western cultures wouldn't be able to tolerate insufferable white feminists. And white women simply will be unwilling to copy the "passport bro" strategy of effectively "buying" a traditional brown spouse. Could you imagine an impoverished Indian or Filipino man receiving remittances from an online white girlfriend who will then move into his country and live with him? Maybe some outliers of white women willingly giving up the comforts of the First World to marry foreign men out of love, who knows. But it's not gonna work, generally speaking, anymore than Western women can truly be satisfied with the "strong" and "independent" life without any need from a man. Most non-Western men that white women end up marrying tend to be Koreans and Japanese, two cultures that more or less have proven themselves to be worthy of being the West's equals, and their Asian in-laws end up mistreating them.
Besides, the examples you mentioned here involve mostly mestizo Hispanics with Anglos, with presumably little income gaps. And a rural girl whose family most likely votes Republican will behave very differently from a thoroughly brainwashed feminist in a big coastal city.
You know, when I look at that picture accompanying that NYT tweet, I see four women desperately trying to act like men, or rather what they think male friendship groups are like. And deep down inside they are unhappy, no matter how much they try to convince themselves otherwise.
This is my criticism of MRAs, too, except it is the opposite situation - so-called men expecting to be treated like women are, so a kind of reverse-feminism.
Neither group is happy. They just find their blood regularly boiling as they pick whatever injustice (or often “injustice”, therefore non-injustice) they want to get angry at this time around.
The issue with the women in the article is that their solidarity is contrived. They have to constantly emphasize the sisterhood by using words like “empowering” or, in the case of the multitude of “Are we dating the same guy?” Facebook groups, the in-group solidarity depends on basically wasteful and vindictive shared gossip.
Videos like this make my heart so incredibly sad. And it's always the same eyes of the woman who's portraying it: jaded, dull, dissatisfied, weary. The kill me or save me eyes as I call it. Living a totally unfulfilled reality, fighting a battle for a cause they don't understand, not understanding even the basics about male/female dynamics and life in general. They hate themselves and their lives, and it's incredibly obvious. It's incredibly sad, and such a vile and dark deception of the father of lies himself, Satan.
