It's the transgression. I know a teacher in her early 40s who brags about hooking up with men in their early/mid 20s. If a man did that feminists heads would explode, but I'm sure they would cheer the woman on instead. I don't think women should be allowed to teach men (after a certain age) and they should not be allowed to work as prison guards in male jails. I also believe that men should not teach women (past a certain age) and not be allowed to work in female prisons.
This also ties into the porn issue. WIth MILF genres of pornography growing this will only become a bigger and bigger problem. Women will be taught it is normal and healthy, and the men who should put a stop to it will think it is "hot" and wish it had happened to them. The failure will come from both sides.

The news only covers the young, attractive female pedo teacher. But what about the overweight, 59 year old female pedo teacher who has been working in the school district for 23 years? Sorry, not showing up on the NY Post's website?
This is another case of the news choosing which stories to cover, and which not to cover. Sex sells. They like to cover pretty girls doing bad things (or being murdered). Everything is sexualized to get more clicks -- even horrible crimes.
I think for some, especially the female teachers in their 20s, there is a certain vendetta they are pursuing. Maybe they got dumped for a hotter girl in high school, maybe the quartback never asked her to prom, maybe she was fat in high school and wants to stick it to everyone now as the “hot teacher”. Women certainly aren’t above dwelling on stupid bullshit like this.

To pretend these slutty schoolteachers are doing anything comparable to this is a huge disservice to those who are victims of rape (most of whom are male prisoners). We should feel rage and disgust when talking about rape, but instead the word is almost meaningless today.

Old post, but worth the reply. Its not just women. In high school we got a new math teacher that looked like a Calvin Klein model (no homo). The girls were berserk but it turns out that this guy was some kind of ugly duckling nerd (if the math degree was not a giveaway) and he would go out of his way to call out and embarass the hot girls that were trying to butter him up. He would then give some sort of "mean girls" lecture and some of the girls had obvious tears in their eyes.
He also went out his way to dump on jocks etc. He clearly had a grudge against his own high school years.

I have a friend who is an art teacher at the junior high and highschool level. She told me that the male students *routinely* hit on her and the other female teachers! And she is a post wall woman around fifty. In her view things have completely gotten out of control, and young male teens, being exposed to stuff like Dawson's Creek and with easy to access hardcore porn, have been corrupted and are now without shame in pursuing adult women from every walk of life.
