She's very hawkish and has neo-con sympathies as well. She was gung-ho about Iraq and was very inept as Secretary of state. Her middle east and asia diplomacy has been disastrous. I'd say she was bad to the point of alienating heads of state with her attitude.</p><p></p><p>Her social intelligence seems very low and it's probably due to being a natural unfeeling sociopath on top of trying hard to prove something.
