The Ohio guy Tim Ryan actually mentioned helping white people. Of course he didn't mention them exclusively, he threw in the the other racial groups as well that he was going to help, but still.

Though of course Trump was supposed to get us out of Afghanistan too and said good things against all the warmongering from the other candidates, and look at how far that got us. So while Tulsi talks a good game, I don't think it's up to her or any President on what America's foreign policy will be.

Yet the overall sentiment I'm seeing across the Twitters & other forums is that she's not endearing herself to many folk, from this showing.
Ryan and Delaney would be better served by switching parties. They seem like they'd be good friends with Flake or Romney and other limp wristed republicans moreso than 'everyone is racist' democrats.
