The manosphere is getting increasing hate

One thing is for sure, the manosphere is never going to have an acceptable media face. This is like religion vs atheism, the conflict can't be smoothed over. That's because the acid test is the results a man sees in his own life when he takes the red pill. Once you've tasted the results, you don't go back come all the harpies of hell.
Oh man, this line just cracked me up, chilling implications for the practitioners (us G's). I laughed so hard I had dribbles of piss running down my leg.

It's not like we're holing ourselves up in Waco and piling up sandbags and automatic weapons. We're just guys that like to get laid, think for ourselves, and live for ourselves.
Instead of a bunch of religious zealots with ridiculous claims and ideas, we're men from a huge variety of backgrounds. White, black, latino, asian, indian, and yes, sigh, greek. Older dudes, younger dudes. Rich dudes, student dudes. In other words, we can't be pigeonholed.
We are entrepreneurs, students, lawyers, chefs, writers, musicians, renaissance men, blue collar, white collar.
When it comes time to face the media and speak up, we just gotta find the smartest, most rational, and most well-spoken member. It won't take very long. Given that we spend much of our time confronting and overcoming uncomfortable social situations, I don't think this will be hard. I have full faith that "game" will work on the media, much in the same way that it works on bitches and at job interviews. A rational mind, full confidence, a little bit of cockiness, and that warm, playful vibe is all that's needed. The feminists and neo-liberals will be spitting venom and hatred and they will look like fools in the public eye.
There will be no arguments. We'll stand up for who we are in the face of anger and irrationality. We'll be hated on. But a little smirk and wink to the camera is the only "argument" that we'll offer.

I remember there was a thread awhile back asking if they wanted this forum to be more popular and I said I didn't.
I think you guys are starting to understand why popularity is bad for this place, it's gonna be the downfall of RVF. I just want a place where I can hang with the guys and share tips for scoring pussy, but now politics are gonna come in and fuck everything up.

I'm not bothered about them, I'm bothered about the fractious effect the red-pill/blue-pill war will have on our relationships with friends and family. I've already had arguments with my family and this is only the beginning of a whole year of hit pieces we're going to have to weather.

@Sam explain how it'll be the downfall of RVF? I just don't see it. Moderating will be a whole HELL of a lot more time consuming, but Roosh can just get some more mods. There's too much community here for things to drastically change. What, they're gonna assassinate us?
@Teedub no offense, but fuck your family and friends. I don't mean that personally, I mean that in a way that Red Pill men have had to accept. It's part of the Red Pill. It's part of living an honest, authentic lifestyle. It's like coming out of the closet :gay: ; your friends and family that truly love you will accept you no matter what. No arguments needed.
This might sound really douchey, but I might make it pretty big this year, I might not. I'm filming a cooking show in a couple weeks. But whatever happens, I have no intention of hiding my red pill beliefs or lifestyle, on camera or off. Look at Roosh, the guy's face is everywhere now and he's accepted being a target of some pretty vile hate. But strength in numbers; the more of us that do that the better things will be for everyone else.
I'd happily be a standard-bearer in the annual RooshV march against feminism.

The problem is that we are hated by the Liberals and the Conservatives. The feminists/manboobs hate us because we debunk their lies. The conservatives hate us because they think we are immoral. Thus, there is no one on the political front that would stick up for us should the hammer ever come down on us.

1) Publicity brings traffic, and a site like this will get watered down, trolled, etc with more traffic. Good for Roosh in the short run since he sells stuff in association with this forum, but bad for the community in the long run. I have seen it happen to forums before.
2) Some people resent the ideas on this site. That's a good thing for the ideas, since nobody tends to make an attack on an idea unless s/he is concerned that it may be more widely adopted if not attacked. For example, you wouldn't detest and condemn someone who believes in ghosts, because that belief has no traction and is ridiculed by most.
I don't actually think the ideas on this forum are that revolutionary. People are just weaned on weakness nowadays, it seems, and anything that gives them power over their own lives makes them anxious.
Life should be a series of "what if" questions, and I would defend this forum on that basis alone because it fosters curiosity about travel, business, and life in general. If someone here says, "I want to start a company," he gets support, suggestions, and encouragement. In my experience, the rest of the world is too risk-averse to even ride out many ideas as thought experiments.
