One question I had was on Alexander Vindman

This is a guy that has the same sort of face that we see in a lot of the other males posted in this thread. Yet if you look at this military career you would expect him to be the opposite. The guy successfully finished ranger school and served as combat infantry yet he has the type of face we would expect from an Adam Schiff type.

^This face type/body type is more common within the Infantry than you'd want to believe, when it comes to deployment weak bodies (assuming he's not a fit physical specimen clearly lol) end up standing watch etc... on the Officer side it's easier for them to slip by. But that was just in my experience.

Physiognomy becomes more real through age as the character flaws and positives get replicated in the facial features of a person. A good example are mean-spirited hooker/porn-star women who later turn into veritable facial monsters in their 40s.

The older you get, the more you get a face that you deserve.

That is why sometimes ugly mofos can become kindly and even likeable later - because they are that way. Meanwhile a good-looking face turns evil and twisted later in life.

There are also some biological factors going on with certain men - strong jaw-line etc, testosterone development during pregnancy etc. Sometimes it's the availability of nutrients or lack thereof.

That said - it may also be possible that some more saintly soul can shape a face and certainly features over time.
