The RFK Jr. Thread

Here's a link talking about his platform. While there's a lot about him to like, I will say a lot of his platform consists of things I have long thought to be far out liberal craziness. A lot of policies (like environmentalism) that I might like under the right circumstances turn out as pure big-government totalitarianism in the hands of liberal politicians and activists.

I didn't see anything about wacky liberal craziness on the environment in that link.

RFK Jr gave a very influential and inspiring speech at my university years ago that has stuck with me, as an Eagle Scout who has always passionately cared about the environment. His theme was exactly what is quoted saying in that story, which seems to be his message still today:

“Good environmental policy 100% of the time is identical to good economic policy.”

Meaning that if polluters were held to bear the costs of their environmental damage, then they would all choose to be environmentally friendly. The reason globohomo corporations pollute is because they can escape the damage their pollution causes -- dump waste into a river and don't have to pay for the fish they kill, the recreational lakes they destroy, or the people who develop cancer years later.

He is in favor of nuclear energy -- once nuclear energy is cost effective vis a vis other energy sources (I used to work in the energy sector and there has never been a single nuclear power plant that has generated a profit once you include their construction and decommissioning costs -- the government subsidizes them). He's in favor of natural gas, which is one of America's cleanest and most abundant energy sources. And of course solar is a no brainer--why would you not take free energy from the sun that produces no byproducts?

Energy companies in general receive giant subsidies (can you say "socialism?") which allows them to act in irrational ways, since their profits are artificially generated through taxpayer funds.

Republican Richard Nixon created the US government agency to protect our environment, and Republican Teddy Roosevelt was our greatest conservationist president, setting aside lands (like ANWAR) and national parks to be free from development and private use, to be naturally beautiful and to protect the land, air, water, and life there.

Then sometime in the last few decades, Republicans developed this weird anti-environmental position, that was so bizarre that they did things like beg for public lands to be given to private energy companies for development, cheer on coal because it was the most dirty and unhealthy of all energy sources, which probably culminated with the consumer sales of the Humvee, an impractical car that got single digit fuel mileage, and was basically just a sign of conspicuous consumption.

I don't know how someone could be brainwashed to think it's good to destroy the environment, or to place our health and safety above the economic costs of energy. I don't think his campaign will go anywhere, because the media is just going to pretend he doesn't exist, but if he's on the ballot, and unless I see some Jewish connection to his campaign before November, RFK's got my vote.

His voice problem though is going to be huge, and he will seriously struggle to debate, if he is miraculously given that chance.

I am all in favor of protecting the environment.

But, as president, wouldn't he have to depend on votes in Congress to pass any legislation to enact his agenda? Wouldn't every one of those bills have at least $1 trillion in spending for Antifa, Israel, Ukraine, increased support for illegal immigrants becoming citizens, community organizers in urban areas, anti-abortion efforts by every federal department, to undermine state laws against abortion, lawfare supporting La Raza, lawfare supporting BLM, prosecution of Jan 6th domestic terrorists, which by then will have happened more than four years ago, gay rainbow flags on embassies, funding for pro-gay organizations in Africa, and other such things?

Possibly some pork in various congress-person's districts as well, to help ensure the necessary votes.

In fact, the environmental stuff would be the add-on sweetener to help make the globohomo Satanist stuff more palatable.

I’d vote for him. But if he keeps talking like this he will get Kennedied, or Clintoned. Whichever. He will get shot by the deep state.
I think the risk to him of getting whacked by the deep state is very high, and it must be quite clear to him. He's getting older, and I have to assume he has decided to put his life on the line to fight these people that have killed his father and uncle, and have destroyed the America those men once stood for. It's very admirable, and I pray God's protection and strength for him. May he pull aside the curtain, and expose the whole stinking system.

The news agencies are running cover for the deep state, they will show clips of anything he says and color it with that “Rfk jr is a discredited conspiracy theorist, his statements here are false and dangerous “ etc because the covid vaccine is proven to be totally safe and effective etc.

That’s if they cover him at all.

Some gems in this article on environmentalism and diet by RFK;

"...Mankind, a predatory animal, is part of nature and in my view, the worst outcome of environmental advocacy is if it results in separating human beings from nature. God wants us to use the bounties of the Earth to enrich ourselves, to raise living standards, to build dignified vital communities, to savor life through all our senses and to serve others, we just can’t use it up..."

"...Arguably, the most sustainable food is the hot dog since that’s where they put all the stuff that would otherwise go to waste. It’s like the Indians and the buffalo, they used everything. Buffalo hot dogs might be the best bet. Among all ungulents, buffalo use the prairies without destroying them. But most hot dogs are neither dogs nor buffalo but hogs and, nowadays, that means industrial pork which, next to an endangered species, is the worst food on earth..."

"...Moreover, industrial meat is unsavory. Factory raised meat and pork are soft and bland. The chicken doesn’t taste good. American chicken is spongy. It’s been around long enough that people have forgotten how chicken is supposed to taste and most young people erroneously think you are supposed to be able to cut chicken with a fork. The texture gives thoughts of hormones and chemicals..."

"...Chefs should look for free range chickens from suppliers they trust and seek out local markets and producers who buy from sustainable family farms. Those who look will find networks of sustainable family farms and farmers who raise their animals to range free on grass pastures and natural feeds without steroids, sub-therapeutic antibiotics or other artificial growth promotants and who treat their animals with dignity and respect. These farmers bring tasty premium quality meat to customers while practicing the highest standards of husbandry and environmental stewardship...Sustainable meats taste the best. This is another case where doing right means eating well..."

RFK Jr. talking about how JFK reacted to Operation Northwoods, Cuba, Castro and the Bay of Pigs.

Amazing to here the narrative told like that, especially by RFK Jr., who is obviously so close to the events in question. He was just a kid at the time this stuff happened, but he has had the highest incentive to have looked into all of this.

RFK cares deeply about the environment. And while its good to be skeptical of people who call themselves 'Environmentalists', I feel RFK comes from a traditional boy scout mentality. I always say that evil elites want Preservation while good people want Conservation. There is plenty of health and beauty for the whole world, we don't need to cut off the common person from this experience.

And in regards to RFK's voice, after listening to him for a few minutes you stop having issues with it. Its not hard to listen to, but in todays media by bites, it might be a strange thing for people to get over. But if his sound bites are powerful - which they often are - it will make people focus more on the message than the medium. And if they wish to know more, they will only become more interested in the man.

Elites always need to be wary of revenge over generations. They overplayed their hand with the Kennedy's. It was only a matter of time that one of the ancestors found a way to make it hurt. Think Barron Trump - or one of his children. Elites used to just kill every living member. They might be wise to think this way again.

The president is America's chief executive. Yes, he will have a bunch of Satanic, corrupt, pro-Israeli shills in Congress sending him bad laws.

I thought I was blackpilled on politics but I haven't reached the level where I just throw up my hands and say Congress is so evil that it doesn't matter who our president is.

I mean, I even frequently make the argument that the president is mostly just a figure head, with no real power, but can't we at least agree we should have a normal, sane, Christian, rational, pro-American figurehead? And remember laws must be signed or vetoed by the president, and he ostensibly has the ability to prevent war.

1 Kings 14:7-11
7Go, tell Jeroboam that this is what the LORD, the God of Israel, says: ‘I raised you up from among the people and appointed you ruler over My people Israel. 8I tore the kingdom away from the house of David and gave it to you. But you were not like My servant David, who kept My commandments and followed Me with all his heart, doing only what was right in My eyes.

9You have done more evil than all who came before you. You have proceeded to make for yourself other gods and molten images to provoke Me, and you have flung Me behind your back. 10Because of all this, behold, I am bringing disaster on the house of Jeroboam:

I will cut off from Jeroboam every male,

both slave and free,

in Israel;

I will burn up the house of Jeroboam

as one burns up dung until it is gone!

11Anyone belonging to Jeroboam who dies in the city

will be eaten by dogs,

and anyone who dies in the field

will be eaten by the birds of the air.’

For the LORD has spoken.

This is why when God ordered the execution of Ahab and other wicked Kings. He ordered the slaughter of all their male children too(2 Kings 9:6-9)
“This is what the LORD, the God of Israel, says: ‘I anoint you king over the LORD’s people Israel. 7And you are to strike down the house of your master Ahab, so that I may avenge the blood of My servants the prophets and the blood of all the servants of the LORD shed by the hand of Jezebel. 8The whole house of Ahab will perish, and I will cut off from Ahab every male, both slave and free, in Israel. 9I will make the house of Ahab like the houses of Jeroboam son of Nebat and Baasha son of Ahijah. 10And on the plot of ground at Jezreel the dogs will devour Jezebel, and there will be no one to bury her.’ ”

Since in those days the Male descendants will be far more likely to take revenge. And of course Jezebel the evil woman was executed herself.

Even if Elites eradicate those capable of revenge. God is watching. And God will repay. There actually is no escape from God's Vendetta. Not a single Amalekite survived him. Nor did any Edomite survive his Wrath.

Jezebel was killed 10 years later, after causing untold death, damage and chaos. Ive always wondered why it took so long.

Divine vendetta takes longer than we like. But God does a complete job of it.

Habakuk asked the same question about the injustice in his time. But God said he is raising up the Babylonians to be his hammer of judgment. It took longer than he would have liked. But that's how God deals with unrepentant sin.
