The RFK Jr. Thread

RFK Jr will be the healthiest president if elected.

He is impressively jacked, especially for his age. I was going to post about how that is obviously a pretty small weight for him to be struggling with given his physique, but then I saw it was his last drop set at 50% of his max.

Still not a very high max given his build. At his age, he probably focuses on high reps over max weight.

Bush Jr was pretty fit.

W. Bush was more into cardio than lifting. He said he needed to run several miles a day to function mentally. He probably took good care of his knees to be running so much when he was President and 50 plus years old. Impressive.

He's got 105 on the bar there. That means his max is 210. That is exceptional for his age.

That is good. I wasn't sure what size those plates were. If the big ones are 25s, that is a decent amount of weight. I thought it was only 10s and 5s, for 75 total.

He’s obviously in great shape for any age and no doubt in the 99.99% percentile for his age group. Being a life-long lifter now in my 40s, I find it very inspiring to see fit men in their 50s and 60s showing what’s possible. I hope to keep it going and end up in similar shape in the next 15-20 years.

It’s certainly hard work and takes discipline and dedication. The late Jack LaLanne who’s one of my role models (and widely regarded as the father of modern day fitness/body-building) once said “dying is easy, living is hard”. It’s indeed easy to let go of oneself especially as you get older, so seeing 69-year old RFK Jr looking like this is very impressive. He’s no-doubt on TRT and can afford other anti-aging treatments but he’s definitely putting in the work.

He looks better than 98% of the 20 something and 30 something year olds in the west, very impressive. You want someone with that discipline to be your leader. Makes me feel kinda bad about myself as now I really need to get rid of the dad pudge that's been piling up over the last few years.

Come to think of it; if he's going to be a good president he might be a future inspiration for the Americans to get off the couch and start taking care of themselves and put a dent in the obesity pandemic. Now that would be an achievement.

He’s no-doubt on TRT
I wouldn't necessarily assume that. Did you know in primitive tribes the old men are measured to have nearly the same testosterone levels as the young men?

Older men in our society have low T mostly because of long-term unhealthy, sedentary lifestyles. But it doesn't have to be this way. If RFK has been actively exercising, eating right, and avoiding poisonous medical garbage for decades, he can maintain naturally high T levels. He's like Dr Mercola, who the government put on top of their covid "misinformation" spreaders list. He also has a great physique for his 68 years and always talks about living in line with nature, taking care what you put in your body.

The state and its media propaganda arm lie and slander men like RFK and Dr Mercola, but as Jesus said "Ye shall know them by their fruits." Our leaders want us sick and weak. The fruits of rejecting their sacred Big Pharma, Big Agra, etc. and living life closer to our ancient roots are much better than the alternative.

RFK Jr. on Bill Maher's podcast. Will probably be taken down soon, they seem to be wiping all his stuff from YouTube recently.

I really like what I hear from RFK Jr., and hope he continues to gain traction among Democrats. It's honestly hilarious and disgusting that anyone on the left could support Joe Biden over RFK Jr. It really just shows you how completely unprincipled and brainwashed a huge chunk of Democrat voters are. They will just reflexively vote for and support whoever the media pushes.

As President, I will restore America as the global example of health & well-being. Not through pills or syringes, but through character and self-discipline. And I will continue to walk the walk and lead by example. #Kennedy24

Americans gained an average of 29 pounds during the Covid lockdowns. I will help turn this around by encouraging our citizens to exercise, eat well, and fortify their immune systems by removing harmful chemicals from our food.
...
Conversely, we must never allow ourselves to succumb to fear. Fear disables both the immune system and the capacity for critical thought which is key to the survival of democracy. We will restore our health as we reunite our communities and rebuild our nation.
...
So start doing your morning calisthenics everybody. Get yourself in shape for a Kennedy Presidency!

Kudos to @elonmusk + Mark Zuckerberg for setting a physical fitness example for Americans with their Octagon challenge. #ElonVsZuck @danawhite

p.s. And yes, I can do more than 10 pushups. That was my last set.

Great foreign policy speech. His message seems sincere. The contents don't seem carefully controlled and scripted.

For those with limited time: fast forward to 7:55 and listen for 30 seconds. He refers to his uncle, JFK, who attempted to make America peaceful, but after his slaying American went down the path of eternal war instead. RFK promises to go back to his uncle's vision.

This is the #1 reason he deserves to be the Democratic nominee.

How about a third party committed to destroying the deep state?
Hitler came to power to bringing together both the left wing and right wing. Trump did some of the same things, winning over some Bernie supporters with his populist economic message of putting American workers first in 2016.

RFK Jr. could conceivably try to do this, but to get through the deep state, both parties, the censorship, and the many pitfalls put in place is asking a lot of any man. I almost feel like he is hiding his power knowledge and is just winning over the hearts and minds of normies who realize something isn't going right in this country.

To pull off this monumental feat a man would have to do many things, and the first step is to keep the normies interested and the powers that be unsure of how to handle you. I think he is making the right first steps. Will he go beyond the first steps and start naming the Wall Street firms/execs who are destroying this country? We will eventually find out. But at this point, anyone speaking against the current system is a good thing and he is doing just that.

I notice most of the attention RFK jr. gets is from Republicans online. This is because Republicans have already learned to ignore gatekeepers, and are more rebellious by nature. Democrats, conversely, are sheep, and know little to nothing of JFK jr beyond what they see or hear on the mainstream media.

I asked some Democrat relatives what they thought of RFK jr, and they just said "Isn't he that conspiracy guy? Seems kinda weird." That's all they know because that's all he gets in the mainstream media: a 1 sentence dismissal as a conspiracy guy.

I have no idea how he'll break through to normies, but everyone has to admit this is the genius of Trump - he can break down the gatekeepers and get his message out to the masses. It is one of Trump's most valuable qualities and we can see how good men like RFK jr. are completely marginalized by the media unless they are outrageous enough to command attention independently of the gatekeepers.

Coastal elites seems to forget they were the ones being mocked ten years ago for being vaccine-hesitant.

EDIT:
Also, at the end of the day, if being vaccine-questioning and living a 'conspiracy nut' lifestyle gets me looking like that guy when I'm pushing 70, get my tinfoil hat ready, baby. I'm in.
