Liberation of Artemovsk.
1. Zelensky's regime called Bakhmut - "Fortress Bakhmut". Today, this "fortress has fallen" despite all the efforts of more than 80 thousand groups that operated in this direction, not counting the transferred reserves from the Kharkov, Svatovsky, Krasnolimansky, Zaporozhye directions. The enemy fiercely resisted until the very end despite heavy losses, but could not hold the city.
3. Despite all the difficulties, problems, losses - the Artemov offensive operation ended in our victory. The enemy lost one of the key cities in the Donbass, suffered monstrous losses in manpower and equipment, was forced to adjust plans for other operations, and at the same time received a powerful image blow.
4. Of course, the PMC "Wagner" played a decisive role in the liberation of Artemovsk, whose attack aircraft in the most difficult conditions broke through the enemy's echeloned defenses and crushed the enemy from the city until today. Now Wagner has 3 significant victories - Popasnaya, Soledar and Artemovsk, not counting Svetlodarsk, Uglegorsk TPP, etc. The case when powerful PR is supported by powerful deeds for which you are not ashamed.
As everyone understands, now Wagner PMC is No. 1 on the market of private military companies not only in our country, but also in the world. The state has a very serious tool, and it would be very desirable that frictions in the apparatus or personal ambitions not prevent its further use in the interests of achieving victory in the war. "Wagner" from May 25 go on vacation from Artemovsk - they fully deserve it.
5. According to the laws of the DPR, Bakhmut has gone down in history - since May 20, 2023, the city is already, in fact and legally, Artemovsk. After the war, the residents will have the opportunity to return to the discussion of the name of the city, but for now we are celebrating the liberation of Artemovsk. No matter how trite it may sound, but the liberation of Artemovsk is the fulfillment of one of the constituent tasks of the 2nd stage of the NWO associated with the liberation of the LPR and DPR. The task is still far from being solved - there are heavy battles ahead with the NATO mercenary army, which will not give up other occupied Russian cities so easily.
6. For Russia, the Battle of Artemovsk has become one of the most bloody and longest since the Great Patriotic War. The more valuable the victory achieved.

The Russian forces struggles for about 9 months to conquer the 56th city of Ukraine, turning it into rubble into the process. Do you think the war will stop until then? I wish it would, but God has other plans here.
Bakhmut was the central fortress of the Donbass defenses. Ukraine threw everything they could spare at saving it. Now it has fallen, there are only a few much less defensible towns remaining before open terrain to Kiev. As Zelensky said himself, the outcome of Bakhmut will change the course of the war.
Another huge problem is that the NATO arms and ammo stockpiles are getting obliterated by bombing. Ukraine will never have what they need for the offensive. It may never happen. If it does, it will be very weakened by this and will be quickly crushed. I am expecting a full Ukrainian collapse by the end of summer.
Both of the top Ukrainian generals are MIA, rumored injured or dead.

▪️ The counter-terrorist operation is still ongoing: the shooting battles subsided at night, the law enforcement agencies are searching for and cleaning up the leftovers from the DRG that entered the territory of the Belgorod Region.
▪️ Glotovo and Kozinka are under the control of government forces, but local residents are still asked to stay at home and not interfere with search operations.
▪️ Judging by the message of Governor Gladkov, so far the security forces have not been able to reach two wounded civilians in order to carry out the evacuation. From this report, we can cautiously conclude that people were either taken hostage or disappeared along with the militants.
▪️ There are no losses among the border guards: despite the information coming from the Ukrainian media, there were no losses.

▪️ The control over the settlement of Kozinka is contested by both sides: Ukrainian formations have entrenched themselves near the border crossing and on the southern outskirts of the settlement, and also partially control the road to Glotovo.
▪️ Since 11:00 AM, the enemy has been transferring reinforcements from Bolshaya Pisarevka: three groups from the national battalion "Kraken" and territorial defense units entered the territory of the Belgorod region. There are up to 500 enemy personnel and equipment in Bolshaya Pisarevka, from which UAVs are constantly launched at Grayvoron and Belgorod.

▪️ Russian units continue to conduct a counter-terrorist operation on the territory of the Belgorod region.
▪️ According to preliminary data, Kozinka and the Grayvoron border crossing have been taken under control by Russian troops. Activities to search for and clean up the surviving militants continue.
▪️ Since there is an accumulation of up to five thousand members of Ukrainian formations in Velyka Pysarivka on the other side of the border, there are concerns that another attempt will be made to break through the border.

I think some brothers in Christ tend to overestimate the level of Orthodox faithfulness behind this "special military operation"
You don't know that for sure... V. Putin might very well have launched this very risky military operation (and the welcomed, simultaneous purge of Russian society) mainly out of Orthodox faithfulness, at a great personal risk.
And Putin is probably refusing to MOAB or nuke what (from a military point of view) should be bombed to pieces, out of his Orthodox faithfulness. If anything, he's too kind, and it's probably because of his (very) respectable religious beliefs.
As to Artemovsk, and Artem the politician dude : and?
Artem/Artiom/Artiemus the old soviet politician dude was himself named or nicknamed after an Orthodox Saint. So, in the end, Artemovsk still got its name from Orthodox culture.

Absolutely. However, this kind of branding is definitely impacting things. One thing you'll notice is that any American who identifies with the "queer" movement start frothing at the mouth with an almost demonic hatred the moment the topic of Russia comes up. Our own government is full of deviants who take that personally. If you do searches on mainstream site (like Google) for Russia and "LGBTQ", there's a slew of psychotic articles about how Russia is doing horrible things to the gays. And Armstrong has reported that he's been in the room with people saying that Russia needs to be destroyed because they're an "Orthodox nation that is opposed to LGBTQ".
Russia is still in my assessment, a very materialistic and Darwinian culture in the same way that all countries ruled by communism have been. Even though they've moved on from communism that takes at least 2-3 generations to fix.
What I do think will push Russia much more quickly towards the faith is the hysterical hatred from Western leaders towards Russia and the religion. The insanity of the LGBTQ thing is irritating a lot of people around the world. When I was in India the people we were with, educated and well off business types, were mocking LGBTQ in a good portion of the conversations that were had.
