Is this podcast still available? I'd be interested to listen to it. I have a friend who became interested in stoicism a couple of years ago, and I have never seen such a positive change in someone so quickly. The guy lost two stone (28 lbs) over around four months, and has basically put it back on as muscle. In addition he has started up a part-time business venture that has earned him thousands. He said he starts the day thinking about his own death, and tries to seize each and every day. It's piqued my interest.
