Steroids?? Yikes. The short term gain isn't worth the long term draw backs.

I'm lactose intolerant and i still manage to drink 4 litres of lactose free 2% milk. Everyday. Without. Fail.
Not to mention 6 eggs, 500 ml of greek yogurt (add some fresh fruit for variety). Totalling just over 200 grams of protein from just food alone.

I started Stronglifts at the end of march. 6'2" @ 135 pounds. Now i'm 157 pounds as of sunday.
You have to eat more food than you are comfortable with. Don't waste food and stay at the table till you are finished the meal. Then go eat some fruit.
I have an extremely high metabolic rate. It takes a concerted effort to gain 1 pound of body weight let alone muscle.
It not easy.

Personally I think 9 months of solid training is fine provided you gave yourself a chance with hard work and a half decent diet, you definitely need loads of protein and 500 mg test e with some tren enanthaite is a good place to start. Keep on hand some nova in case of gyno and you should be fine.

He definitely didn't work hard, and didn't have
A half decent diet.

He absolutely does not need steroids. He needs squats and protein.

The guy's issue is also price. He is a student, he can't afford protein and he doesn't want to bulk up, he just wants to get ripped and put on a large percentage of lean muscle.

I can appreciate that, I was having a hard time getting my protein in when living in Britain. The meat prices there were astronomical and whey protein was fcuking up my energy flows.

Some experimentation will follow.

Does the OP go to the gym with someone? I think a gym partner is crucial. I find that when I work out on my own, gains are limited, I need a spotter to look out for when I go HAM on the iron.

I'd rather not be ripped and a have good functioning dick for the next 35 years.

I have a friend who used it and said his balls shrinked to peanut sizes and almost no cum was coming out anymore when he was using roids. As soon as he stopped using his nuts became normal again and but now his body shrunk again.

I would never mess around with my ding dong, especially not with illegal hormones/steroids and that shit.

That IS bulking up. Bulking up does not equal getting fat. You will gain some fat, but you won't GET fat. If you want to put on a large percentage of muscle, you will gain a little fat.

You want to put on 15lbs of lean muscle and not gain any fat? Good luck. You want to gain 15lbs of muscle and have to cut off 5lbs of fat? You can do that, and it won't take you a year.

If he can't afford chicken breast at $2 a pound, what kind of "quality" steroid is he going to be injecting into his ass? That's a scary thought.

Rio is that how cheap chicken is all over the US or what? Here in canada it can be $20 for a pack of 4 chicken breasts. I shit myself over $4/lb ground beef. I'm definitely moving to the states to bulk up.

I agree with you. However, Britain is expensive, I used to scuffle around to try and get the amount of chicken or beef that is practically being given away in America.
But yes, roids cost, a friend of mine used to use them but he had coin so that's how he was able to afford them.

Yea, $2 a pound here in California. Assume it is similar everywhere. Of course, that isn't grass fed/organic. This is just cheap boneless, skinless chicken breast.

I also wonder if steroid use tends to go hand in hand with viagra. I had a friend years ago who used viagra with steroids. I told him to quit that shit but he kept going on and on about having a "rock hard" erection.

The other day I met a forum member who said he knows a guy in his 20s doing both.

Damn man! I'm gonna bring a freezer truck down there and bootleg chicken. Sell that shit for $5/lb up here and make MILLIONS.

Moma I go the gym alone, my friends go to other gyms like Virgin Active or Anytime Fitness. I go to a gym called The Gym, it's only $30 a month and open 24/7. Without spotters, I can't go too heavy on bench presses, so I just stick to dumbbell bench presses. I am living at a hostel in Camden right now, and I tend to avoid hostel kitchens. However, the good news is I'm actively looking for a cheap double room and once I find it I should be able to cook just fine. Chicken breasts are very expensive, around $8/kg, so I just stick to thighs. As for protein powder, I only have one scoop a day.

peanut butter is not expensive.you should be eating a few jars a week.they are very calorie dense.whey protein is a very good protein source, why only have one scoop a day? if your low on funds find a cheaper brand (THEY ARE ALL THE SAME!).find a wholesalers near to where you live and you can buy food in bulk (minced beef, chicken breasts, steaks, even rice, oats and cheap bread).and eggs (very cheap and a great source).fuck all the organic grass fed bollox, its not worth the money and makes no difference.stick with the basics and a lot of them.

post what you eat every day, your excercise regimen and how active you are and il help you out

this is just idiotic uninformed nonsense. Typical fear mongering, touch the big bad your junks gonna fall off, never work again, you'll never have kids...yet doctors are prescribing them for the exact opposite reasons...test replacement therapy for guys so they can for example achieve strong erections again, when their own natural test production falls off etc...There are risks with certain gear, no question, but done properly junior isn't one of them.

terrible place to start omg. Telling a rookie to start off with the strongest oil based product and recommending the longest ester to boot with no idea how he'll tolerate it? Get some nolva, but don't need to worry about prolactin? and a half decent diet is a great way to get half decent results. If you can't get a decent build naturally no way you should be looking at gear. Learn what's causing you to fail and fix that first then look at gear when you're ready to take your body to another level.

Why is this idiotic? The guy is a good friend and he told me this. I'm just saying that i wouldn't touch anything that makes my a difference in my privates.
My advice - Don't do it. I'm pretty sure that bodybuilders who used it in the past and are now in their fifties are happily telling that their junk doesn't work. Which macho guy would do that?

Bottomline, roids in Gyms are illegal and there are no doctors around. Who knows what's in those needles?.
OP better try for another year to buff up by actually loading up on some calories instead experimenting with drugs.

your balls shrink temporarily, but they dont stay shrunk.

the only shrink because your using exogenous testosterone, so the body reduces the endogenous testosterone made, which results in testes shrinkage (where testosterone is produced). when you stop supplementing with exogenous testosterone, the testicles restart their normal endogenous production (sometimes a little help is needed to expedite this).

IMO, OP does NOT need to be doing a fucking bulking diet. He's 16% bf, which in athlete's terms is FAT. He needs to get cut first. Cut out the damn carbs for 6 months, get to 9-10%bf while retaining strength. then start a strength and hypertrophic routine. the gains made with aas will be that much more impressive.

some freaks use viagra for the pump in the gym. viagra dilates your blood vessels, and will produce a huge pump when working out.

He's skinny and weak. He needs to put on muscle. His body fat percent will probably go down if he is doing heavy compound lifts 3x a week as he should be. He will gain more muscle than he will body fat, so his bf%, if it does increase, wont be by much.

Don't mistake a bulking diet with getting fat. This is not the same thing. You will gain some fat, but you won't get fat. Especially since you will be putting on so much MUSCLE.

You really think someone who is 150lbs needs to get down to 9-10% bodyfat? Then he won't be skinny fat, he will just be skinny as fuck.

Here is a "fat guy" at 12%.

Or, you can diet yourself down to 9% body fat at 140lbs and then do steroids. Choice is yours. Obviously, you know which I would pick.
