Putin is stepping up his attacks on Turkey controlled regions of Syria. I think he senses the US getting weak and is starting to make his move.

Turkey and USA are in conflict with each other.

Turkish presence doesn't equalise USA presence especially since Turkey is interested in weakening Kurdish presence in northern Syria and Iraq and USA on the other has a cooperation with Kurds.

Erdogan went against USA will when he did the operation in October 2019 against Kurds in Iraq.

They tried a coup d'etat in 2016 and since than he has alienated from (((the west ))) and aligned more with Russia but in Libya and Syria they are on opposing sides.

Erdogan has his flaws trying to present himself as the Caliph of muslims but he has made Turkey more free since 1923.

USA and France are doing military trainings in Greece as a presion towards him, right now.

They are also using idiots in Greece to buy French Rafaels when greek public debt is 240%.

Correct, I should have given a better explanation of my post. Putin attacking Turkish positions is not an attack on a US ally, but instead just a flexing of muscle in Syria and showing he isn't going away any time soon, even if Biden has raised the stakes in Syria.

Turkey and the USA have diverging interests in Syria, but not elsewhere. Turkey still very much is the Empire's preferred workhorse in the Caucasus and Central Asia, and a powerful bargaining chip in everything Russia-related.

The location attacked was, again, an illegal fuel market. This is the third time now, last strike was a week ago (which wasn't posted in the thread)

Meanwhile Vlad and Shoigu went for a camping weekend.

This picture is meme material.

Well, USA won't sell f35 to Turkey and Turkey bought the s400 anti air system.

They are also doing pressure on Turkey in the Aegean, Israel is trying to bypass turkey in the gas pipeline and Erdogan was against Biden's comments about Putin.

Erodgan is playing on both sides but he is a an anti Republican anti securalist guy.

One of the worst enemies of the Jews was the last Great Ottoman sultan, Abdul Hamid II that refused to sell Palestine to the Zionists.

That why they backed the Young Turk movement that overthrew the Sultan in 1908, a movement which was highly composed of Albanians, Kurds and a few armenians also.

Some Albanian notables regretted this and did the Ottoman coup d'etat of 1909 by using the Albanians of the imperial guard to kill all CUP members .

Turkey for now is a semi free country.

Good analysis on the current stranglehold Syria is in.

Absolutely devastating sanctions have brought millions to the brink of starvation, and the country is in a deep recession. As Mercouris points out, at this point these sanctions are purely vindictive as the US has lost.

An important side note, most of the oil wells and food producing areas are currently not under control of the Syrian government

French Rafales , not Rafaels :)
Well , Turks provoke Greece daily with Erdogan. It s high time to put solid mega bases in Bulgaria , Romania , Greece , Cyprus , and close Incirlik and kick Turkey out of NATO.
Apart from Albania or maybe Bosnia/Kosovo (not sure for Bosnia) , Turkey is an enemy of everyone in Europe. Their presence in NATO is not needed and not required from A christian point of view.

Posted a couple of videos from SouthFront on the recent Russian strikes on Turkish assets and Turkey supported groups on Northern Syria. SouthFront is a tad bombastic/sensationalist but overall they usually have good content

Third time in as many weeks. They'll be running out of trucks pretty soon! View attachment 29895

I am a bit concerned that around Idlib there has been no progress from Assad/Russia .The battlefront is still stuck around the M5 and Saraqib crossroad. Why aren't there bigger bombings of Idlib ?

The simple fact to buy S400 should have led to the total exclusion of Turkey from NATO.
The Ottomans having dominated part of Europe for a few centuries should be exterminated from all the Balkans.
Even Thrace should return to its natural European identity.
The Bosphorus is a good natural border.

Fun fact about Turkey : (source , Wikipedia)
In modern times the percentage of Christians in Turkey has declined from 20 to 25 percent in 1914 to 3–5.5 percent in 1927, to 0.3–0.4% today[1][2] roughly translating to 200,000–320,000 devotees. Exact numbers are difficult to estimate as many Muslim converts to Christianity often hide their faith for fear of discrimination or familial pressure.

Erdogan has been active in provoking christians in Cyprus( reopening Maras city) , Greek Border & all christianity (sending refugees) , in Istanbul (removing the christian function of Hagia Sofia) , Lybia (facilitating the immigration road) and Syria ( weakening Assad government , occupying Idlib , Kurdistan etc) .

Modern Turkey , filled with homosexuality and anti-Christian chauvinism , is the biggest enemy of Christians at the moment.

The fact that a few small nations in the Balkans are unable to kill their muslim heritage due to a heavy Stockholm Syndrome shouldn't make you praise a Turkish leader whose goal is to make Islam the main religion in Europe.

Unfortunately I feel that Muslim Bosnians , Muslim Albanians , and Muslim occupiers in West Europe will be collateral damage after the Big Awakening.

Orthodox and Catholic and other christians should unite AGAINST Erdogan , one of the most dangerous person for our civilisation.

I feel like you are barking up the wrong tree here, Louis.

As for these supposedly Christian Eastern European nations, how many of them did as little as even mention the name Artsakh after Erdo and his minion Aliyev invaded and finished off the business their forefathers had been aiming to do in 1915-1917?

And how many are on the side of the newborn Turkey-Ukraine alliance, which, Bytheway imperialist Ottomanism and neo-nazism under a globohomo umbrella?

In many parts of the region Erdo still is NATO's workhorse, and for that reason alone he is infinitely more important than any third tier Eastern European country - that badmouth him in public to appease the large nationalist segment of the population, but are more than ready behind the scenes to team up with him.

As for the Greeks, if they are not happy with Turkey's triple A status in NATO they are free to leave themselves. The way I've understood it is that the door of the Eurasian Alliance is always open.

Why would Greece leave NATO ? they didn't attack Christians or blackmail other members for refugees.

Turkey has recently been making headway with creating the SNA out of all the warring brigades and batallions. Al Qaida (HTS) will be included.

If they succeed the region will eventually become fully integrated with Turkey proper.

There has been talk about a Russian/SAA offensive in Idlib for months now. I don't see it happen

Anyways, Idlib is just a backwater with little value. Although I do have to admit that the Russians seem more eager as this territory is home to many Russian/Russian-speaking terrorist groups

The video I linked a couple of posts ago shows that there far more important objectives namely

1. The US/YPG held oilfields
2. The YPG held grain fields
3. The US held al Tanf area from where ISIS is being resurrected right now

Any operation against the YPG will hopefully include Turkey and its headchopper minions

thank you for your detailed answer.
What is going to happen with the zone Turkey is controlling in the North East . It was officially against "Kurdish terrorists". Could this part be integrated as well to Turkey Proper ? or will they do some kind of "new state" ?

Because Turkey gets away with it and nobody cares.

Likewise Greece's NATO status will never get to the level of Turkey's

Anyway I don't think Greece's foreign policy itself is really concerned about Christianity and the status of Christians anywhere in the world

Erdo is still really keen on stamping out that big yellow blob

Whenever he starts foaming at the mouth again about PKK terrorists in Syria rest assured he will take another bite out of that territory. With the way the lira is going it might be rather sooner than later.

The US will let him because it's Turkey. Despite the rhetoric, they will never prioritise a bunch of communist Kurds over Turkey
