The Vaccinated vs. Unvaccinated Divide thread

This one will probably lose in courts hard, to be honest.
I would like to think so, but Roberts is notorious for siding with the left of 'slam dunk' conservative wins that are in conflict with globalism - a short list: Obamacare, Eminent Domain, Gay Marriage, the recent exclusion of religious exemption from vaccine mandates for city employees.

One too many trips to Epstein island, methinks.

Vaccine requirements would cause too much money to be lost from too many sectors of the economy. There are some very rich people who will fight that order to the end and even if they lost, would disobey it anyways. Freedom of travel is too important for too many parts of America.

At most, some blue states will require flights inbound to prove vaccination... but red states would still challenge it. Red states would also never follow that law.

Sadly it's not about money anymore, it's about control. The people in charge don't care about the money, they print the money, they have all in the world. You guys are fortunate in the US that you at least have a vast country with differentiated regions: here in the Netherlands it's so concentrated that 1 law just applies for everything straightaway.

I pray that you are right Samseau. Roberts is definitely compromised. We can't count on the courts to save us at this point.

Well, to the best of my understanding, Chief Roberts is under control of the chamber of commerce, which is nearly 100% White old money. As far as I can tell, the Chamber only cares about money - they aren't as power hungry as Jews are. Roberts, Kavanaugh, and Amy are all Chamber of Commerce minions. If Vax mandates hurts the Chamber's ability to make more money with cheap labor, then it's DOA.

The seatbelt analogy is the most midwit argument ever. If you had to replace a car’s seatbelts every 3-5 months for them to work effectively, that brand of car would be permanently banned from being sold.
You can also take off a seatbelt whenever you want. These injections miscalled vaccines are an experimental therapy whose effects cannot be removed or reversed if you happen to have a bad reaction (like the people with tachycardia and heart palpitations, or myocarditis).

Plus, they don’t even work as advertised. They don’t do anything but fill Pfizer’s coffers. If wearing a seatbelt had never once saved a single life, then the analogy would be apt.

This reasoning makes no sense. The rich people (who matter) are hand-in-glove with the globalists. Why else was there little pushback against lockdowns and vaccine mandates from the wealthy?

Also, keep in mind that most big companies have government contracts.

In Canada, we already have travel restrictions: the vaccine-free cannot travel on planes, trains, or ferries. No resistance was forthcoming.

One of the loop holes was private jets so the mandates don't apply to the rich in Canada.

Having "more" also means having more to lose
