RE: 'The womanization of protein consumption': Canadians quickly turning away fro Except....the "Game Changers" video clip showed several "jacked vegans." But it's not hard to find more examples. Tennessee Titans NFL Team http://www.espn.com/blog/tennessee-titans/post/_/id/26419/vegan-meals-all-the-rage-for-titans-with-15-players-converted Nate Diaz "A Vegan kicked Conor McGregor's Ass!" Nobody liked Ruth's Chris (incredible steaks), burgers, or NY-style thin-sliced pizza more than I in 2016. I'm from New England, and the idea that I'll never eat fried clams or steamers-with-drawn-butter ever again saddens me. But I want to live to play with my grandchildren, and a Calcium Score test of 396 shocked me into doing a lot of research that eventually led me to the WFPB/No-oil diet. Now that I've been shocked/forced into it, I find that I feel, look, and perform better on the WFPB diet. So when I read posts that directly contradict my experience, I feel compelled to say something. Veganism is extremely unpopular on RVF, but something tells me that as the average age of the guys on this forum rises, more of my health-conscious RVF brothers will be open to reducing the meats and upping the plants.
