I still find it hard to believe, as we are looking at a WEBSITE, which is easily reproduceable. (Big Tech buying its competition doesn't help and anti-trust is a joke after Reagan.)

Indeed. YouTube is incredibly easy to duplicate. Standard login/search/comments/private messages etc.. The videos are easily encoded with FFMPEG. There has even been many sites likes Brighteon and Bitchute that have done a pretty good job building their site up.

So what prevents these sites from taking off? Well, YT has over 2 billion videos, 99% of the top video creators, tons of agreements with copyright holders to have clips and sometimes complete episodes hosted, agreements with music publishers, an established user base, and more.

It also doesn't help that any time a new video site is launched, it is overwhelmed by videos full of swastikas, anti-Jew videos, flat earth and other fake conspiracy theories videos, other questionable content and worse. The way it plays out every time, I'm starting to think it's done purposefully to prevent any new sites from gaining traction.

There is one significant development.

FailArmy, a huge channel that posts videos of “fail” every week just received multiple strikes and had to take down hundreds of old videos.

When channels like that start getting struck down is when you’ll see the migration begin in large numbers...and YouTube has just started going after non political but slightly edgy channels now.

Just got shadow banned again from commenting on a guitar channel with like a thousand subs.

This guy has really been through it. American. Works as a prison guard or something. He's funny as fuck and super clever. Got a warm soul. I like him a lot and consider him a friend.

But no, not only did I have to re-register just to check who I said I was on youtube, I got shadow banned too.

My mate is looking a bit rough. I'm worried about him. He's gone grey and he's lost a lot of weight. He's also mad ranting.

But can I hold my hand out and say 'hey buddy, you ok?'. NO, can't.

He disappeared for a while. I know he had major shit with what his mum went through with doctors and homes and whatnot.

And now he's back. And I just want to say: good to see you fella!

But I can't.

Google are blocking this most basic of human connections.

It's like when I was trying to help out some other people in the therapy community.

Google have cut my tongue out.

Please Lord, let me go to war!

The Hill reported today (Sept. 3) that YouTube has removed 17,000 channels and 100,000 videos on account of "hate speech." Tim Pool did a video on why their rules are arbitrary and how they banned people associated with the right with no warnings (he names names). As always, hate means anything that's not far left in its political viewpoints.

But that's not why I'm here.

I'm here because I decided to do my own research. I wondered what didn't YouTube ban? What do they find appropriate?

* First up was a search for "incest porn." YouTube did not disappoint. A roll call of videos came up, including one subtitled "Ask A Porn Star." Why not go straight to the experts, right?

* Then I did a search for "Enjoy Bondage." I got pages and pages of things, including a "tour" of a "BSDM Dungeon." I'll bet middle schoolers are checking that out right now! (Sidenote: Don't tell me about "Parental Controls" on computers -- every kids knows how to get around them and purge his or her history.)

* Finally, they say the third time is the charm, so I though I'd make my third and final search the biggie. I looked up "Anal Sex Painful." Bingo! There seems to be an infinite number of videos on everything anal. The first that comes up is from a woman who runs a channel called "Eat Squat Cum."

Yes you read that right. They kept "Eat Squat Cum," but if you remember, a few weeks ago they purged the channel run by a teenage girl called "Soph," who quietly talked about her conservative leanings. The "Soph" channel is still gone (here is a Blaze report about its disappearance).

How to summarize all this?

In the world of YouTube, conservatism = Danger and violence. But incest, whipping, and shoving things up your butt = Approved by the Google/YouTube industrial complex! In all, this is a perfect summation of the dysfunctional social media culture that's warping the overall culture.

RE: The YouTube censorship thread

It's interesting that Youtube goes far stronger against anyone advocating for a nationalist original Western view:

As Iconoclast put it well - the mainstream narrative blasted 24/7 from all channels is failing and contrary to other counter-narratives - ethnic nationalism can be channelled into political movements and parties.

Morgoth had a good take on why the elite cared little that the people knew about 9/11, thought that they were willingly murdering their people. In the same vein - they don't give a rat's ass about Epstein. Why?

Because the reaction towards 9/11 or Epstein is not dangerous to the elite. The people thinking that the government murdered a few thousand people on 9/11 wiil do nothing - aside from running away from the system. The same with Epstein - even if everyone believes that 90% + of the elite are pedophiles, there is not much that will be done about it.

Real nationalism however - that is dangerous, because it's connected to people wanting to keep their countries, remain majorities in it and have a say. It's inherently political even if no alternative candidates come around. The moment those candidates come, then the elite have a problem at their hand - you cannot well murder every candidate without the people really getting upset and finally truly rebelling. So they have to cut this short pronto.

That is why they allow conspiracy sites to roam free while others are closed off. Alex Jones likely only pulled the wrath of their elite as he began to mention the immigration/population replacement issue. I don't even think that it was the support for Trump that did him in. And they certainly don't give a rat's ass about conspiracy theories (real or imagined). Infowars began recently to mention population replacement and that is how he crossed the line despite all the misdirection he has on his site. While it's only a minor part of his approach, then I do think that this is where he went overboard all while having his huge reach. They could not allow him to stay - he would have had to go more towards the perception of Jordan Peterson in terms of ethnicity.

They are up on a different account, but sooner or later they will be gone of course:

https://redice.tv/live

The comment section is hilarious - they just ended a stream. But logically the channel Red Ice Media should be deleted shortly unless they do it like Metokur where he streams on his channel and deletes it from Youtube - it's uploaded via different burner-channels thus avoiding a ban.

The Youtube search engine is so broken that I often have to use DuckDuckGo to search Youtube videos.

Youtube is going through a 3rd update this year, i believe on December 10.

It's already hard now to find videos going against the mainstream agenda. Just a few years ago I had no problems pulling them up. This new upcoming update is going to just start deleting videos and channels at their own discretion.

If there is a particular person video you like checking out, you might have to download it now while you still have a chance. Otherwise you'll be stuck only seeing videos like kiddy trans and such with no problem. Cheers.

RE: The YouTube censorship thread

An interesting indication of what is promoted and what is disliked by the elite is how they treat carnivore/meat-based channels vs vegan ones.

Some vegan ones are extreme with the creators calling for genocide of all meat-eaters and they receive full monetization and promotion.

Meanwhile carnivores get de-monetized. Bobby Carnivore was once Bobby Vegan and when he switched to meat, then Youtube cancelled his monetization fully.

But please - believe that veganism is "alternative" and big meat and big dairy is out to get you. Fucking a.... All the crazy insane vegans get all the bucks plus of course plenty of merch offers since the plant-lobby offers lots of processed foods for consumption.

You'll also be able to find all the news you want from ABC, MSNBC, and CNN. Oh boy!!!

Would it be possible to have a bitchute embedding feature on here? All the best stuff that guys like Millennial Woes deleted from YT has been reuploaded on there. Last night was the first time I've really been on and it was great to see all the genuinely edgy/funny stuff that got purged from YT... like the infamous 'IQ Tests' Disney song.

I'm not sure that it is possible. Recently I was going to post the same thing and did a search to see if this suggestion had already been made and answered. It has been requested several times but no responses. I searched the web to see if any other BB boards had got it working and nothing came up. Plenty of people asking but no one has got it working.

Ah, fair one. Was watching Europa The Last Battle last night... very well researched and very, very red pilled if everything is totally accurate.

So apparently when you upload your video you have to determine if the video is meant for kids or not.

If you choose yes you are not allowed to make comments or likes to the video for the kids protection. Also meaning you won't be making any money with that algorithm.

If you chose no and that it's for adults you get to make money off of it. The problem lies in if the FTC decides it is actually a kids content, you can be fined up to $42,500.

You got to pick your poison, if your channel manages to stay up first

This seems more like a ban of free speech.

YouTube has dropped the hammer today:

Google-owned YouTube will no longer allow anyone on its platform to post content that “maliciously insults” others based on protected traits including race, gender expression and sexual orientation, the company announced Wednesday.

The change, which was issued as part of YouTube’s regular harassment policy update, comes after the company was forced to publicly address a harassment claim one of its creators lodged against another. In late May, Vox journalist Carlos Maza, who identifies as gay, spoke out about repeated harassment he said he experienced from conservative YouTube host Steven Crowder, who regularly made fun of Maza’s race and sexual orientation.

Maza’s story sparked a public outcry against YouTube, urging the company to take action against Crowder. YouTube initially said Crowder’s comments didn’t violate its policies, although they were “hurtful.” Shortly after, YouTube flip-flopped and decided to suspend Crowder’s monetization on the platform. YouTube CEO Susan Wojcicki apologized to the LGBTQ community at a tech conference in June but said it was still “the right decision” to conclude the videos did not violate the company’s policies.

The backlash from LGBTQ creators continued through the summer however, with a group of eight complainants filing a discrimination suit against the company in August.

YouTube’s policy updates address other harassment behaviors as well. The company will now suspend members of its YouTube Partner Program for channels “that repeatedly brush up against our harassment policy,” meaning they will no longer be able to make money off the platform. YouTube may also consider removing content from the channel and potentially terminating the channel if the behavior continues.

YouTube will also continue to roll out a feature that lets creators choose to review comments that YouTube flags as potentially inappropriate.

We should welcome alt light stars like PJW moving to Bitchute as it will also migrate funds. At the moment the UX is still severely lacking and new money being injected means they'll invest in that and become a genuine rival to YouTube.
