I pisses me off when I order a phone from Tiger Direct next day air and the estimated delivery time is Jan. 2nd. WTF? Wanna know what really pisses off more? I'm fucking 20 minutes away from their distribution center. :dodgy:

Couldn't agree more, bunch of talentless, money-grubbing arseholes.....the worst ones could be Made In Chelsea or The Only Way is Essex because girls in the UK want to imitate that shit in real life. Average British girls already didn't have much going for them this could be the last nail in the coffin mate.

The point of a good workout at the gym is to break the limitations of your muscle ATP levels (glycogen storages).

You can't do that is you are taking a break to walk to the water fountain every 2 damn minutes.

If you don't have filled water bottle at hand your workout is going to suffer.
