This is coming from the same hilarious place about how feminists got into screaming matches at conferences about whether or not transgender men could participate in feminism - the argument being that if you ever once had a penis in your life you couldn't know what it was like to be a woman. Feminism truly is the communism of sex, and makes just as much sense as communism did economically.

No, feminists love male to female transsexuals (which most transsexuals are). Remember these feminists don't believe in such a thing as "male brain". If a person "feels" like a man, they are one to feminists especially once they've transitioned. Hence why they don't want a "white male" as their Diversity officer.
Operating under their ideological framework, they have no choice but to be angry about this white female to male transsexual running for Diversity officer, to accept it would mean that a trans person is inherently different to a "cis" person. Basically a trans woman is a real woman like any other to them, so this wannabe Diversity officer must be just like any other white man and having a white man as their Diversity rep makes a mockery of the position, so they must oppose it.

I shudder to think that I used to have a subscription to that newspaper once upon a time. If I could have back those 150$ that I spent, I'd rather give it to a random drug addict on the street, because the addict is at least harming only himself.
