Transgender thread

Atheist entertainer Penn Jillette's daughter has become transgender. He prided himself on teaching his children to "laugh at God". So many of his works were dedicated to attacking God. It was an integral part of his career.
Penn Jillette’s kids, Zolten and Moxie CrimeFighter, are following in their famous Vegas father’s footsteps by laughing at the very mention of “god.”

The comedy-magic star said this week on his podcast, “Penn’s Sunday School,” he has been filming a reality show inside his house. (He wouldn’t say which show.)

The TV people asked the family about theology.

“Every time they bring up any little thing about ‘god,’ my children laugh,” said Penn, who was last seen towering over the Las Vegas skyline like Godzilla from his “Penn & Teller” wraparound ad on the Rio.
And now he is struggling to get the pronouns of his daughter right:
Jillette’s podcast, titled Sunday School to mock Christians, has ironically become an actual pulpit, a place where he can preach tranny theology and flagellate himself as a sinner. “Our dinner table conversation is I would say at least one-quarter correcting pronouns,” Jillette revealed on a recent episode, castigating himself for still occasionally calling Moxie “she.” When his cohost responded, “Well, at least it sounds like your children respect the effort,” Jillette, reproaching himself for his failures, bitterly replied, “Maybe I should just do it [...] right.”

Jillette also apologized for having trouble with the proper pronouns for Moxie’s friends, who “have they, him, her, and it and some of them change day by day.” That’s a startling admission (though Jillette’s too blind to understand why): How committed to the bit are these kids if they “change day by day”? It’s one thing to claim that a girl suddenly discovers the boy living within. That’s nutty enough. But changing “day by day” suggests unseriousness. Yet Jillette supports authoritarian politicians who want to remake society based purely on the “day by day” whims of children.
I feel sorry for the girl. Her father's forceful atheist views essentially groomed her into rejecting the natural law.

God will not be mocked. May He have mercy on them both.

Stories like this show how God truly works in mysterious ways and on a timeline that we can not comprehend.

Here we have a magician who spent much of his life professing to be an atheist attacking God, lived a life of sexual deviancy and never repented for it

During his fame, I'm sure he felt on top of the world.

Now look at what type of fruits he bears? A transgender child. I've seen stories like this over and over.

In his is previous religion prior to his conversion to being a born again secular humanist he was a Congregationalist/United Church of Christ. Those churches were are the descendants of the New England Puritans. I see his WASP Puritan fervor has remained intact even though he has changed denominations.

I always got a bit of a cringe vibe from this guy when interviewed, though he clearly wasn't stupid in terms of processing things with his brain. Seeing this sad story makes me think of the topic "physiognomy is everything" and simultaneously makes me wonder if it influenced him, on some level, to be a type of cringe or creep that he didn't have to be

What kind of names are these? What a retard. Your children aren't there to gratify your ego.
Yeah, very silly ones. I have this theory called stupid first name syndrome, where I have noticed that if an adult gives a kid a stupid attention seeking name that can often impact the child and cause them to grow up with a bit of an attitude problem from having people laugh at their stupid name all their lives.

Exodus 20:

1 And God spoke all these words:
2 “I am the Lord your God, who brought you out of Egypt, out of the land of slavery.
3 “You shall have no other gods before[a] me.
4 “You shall not make for yourself an image in the form of anything in heaven above or on the earth beneath or in the waters below.
5 You shall not bow down to them or worship them; for I, the Lord your God, am a jealous God, punishing the children for the sin of the parents to the third and fourth generation of those who hate me,
6 but showing love to a thousand generations of those who love me and keep my commandments.”

Hatred towards God is not only damning to your own soul, but also to those of your children. Alas, the sins of the fathers…

Penn has always annoyed me. He can be funny and he's even said some pretty based things. But, he's one of those people that take their atheism too seriously. All in, he's obnoxious. You know, it's not so much about being "edgy" and all that. athiests like Penn get hung up on how society used to be more strict. He interprets this strictness as oppression. Meanwhile, there are scores and scores of people hanging on for dear life itself with literally only their faith alone to take yet another step. There's nothing funny about stomping on the very thing that gives so many people the only hope they have in life.

So, now his daughter is a cross-dresser? Surprise, surprise. I can't say I'm all that stunned coming from that kind of a household.

My thoughts are this. I see "trans" faltering. Its simply untrue and as a social phenomenon it depends too much on being a fad. Fads fade. And this fad is an imposed top-down fad, which is, as mentioned, untrue. I think that makes it all the more fragile. People are standing up to this. Chapelle was the latest, and he was successful. Penn's daughter is going to regret this decision. This was her 15 seconds of fame it was wasted on something worthless.

Physiognomy is the outward manifestation of what you are inside. That is why it is such a strong tell when you look for someones character.
