I was always taught "less is more" in art and design classes. That is the mantra all millennial artists operate by, "less is more".Yeah, a lot of this has to do with the use of vector graphics design software.
Don’t get me started on the ukulele... that signature sound that just says “faggy millennial”, uggh...Yeah the clapping and glockenspiel, too. (I guess the idea is to make you feel like you’re stuck in preschool or something...)
If we’re honest almost all art and architecture post WW1 has been crap. Art Deco contained sort of a last dying gasp within it I suppose (it was conceptualized before the war although it’s most known for the 1920’s through the 1940’s).
I really hate it actually. I have fallen into this myself as I'm quite lazy and it's really just an easy way to knock out work without doing much work.

I can do the flat style. It's really easy. But I prefer the detailed version with shading and all that.
