I dont see that many lard arses around where I am or in general. I know there are a lot of them but the majority of girls are thick at most. If anything there are more skinny girls than fat.

Whoever writes these articles must be using a microscope on the fat council rats who act as child factories.

This, I was in London at Xmas and there's not many fatties around. I’ve visited London, Japan, India in the last 6 months and I’m in Los Angeles right now.

The average middle class British woman is not obese. In London people walk everywhere so there’s a lot of slim women there.

In terms of thinness – most to least: Japan…India……..UK……………………………………………………..…USA

The fat women in India tend to be older women who’ve shitted out a few kids. They never lose the babyweight.

^^^ London's not a good barometer of the UK on the whole as it's chock full of foreigners and workers from other European and ME countries.

I worked at a girls' high school in Kent for almost a year more than a decade ago. There were virtually no slim girls in the final two grade levels. Normally, chicks put on the fresher five (kg) when they go to university. I can only imagine how much fatter those girls must have been six to twelve months after they left school.

The thing that always used to amaze me was that many of the girls would not eat a proper lunch because they were supposedly on a diet. Yet by 2:00pm, they'd be at the vending machines and they'd whine about feeling like they were starving when I would tell them that they could not bring (and eat/drink) a chocolate bar, packet of potato chips (crisps) and can of Coke to class. I always shook my head and thought that not only would they save money and feel fuller anyway if they just ate a damn sandwich at lunchtime, but they'd consume about half the calories.

Yeah a lot of girls really pile on the pounds when they go to university.

Because they drink a lot, eat shit food, and do no exercise.

The funny thing is there still is a wiling line of suitors ready to give her some dick. Which means no effort is needed on her part to attract a mate.

No real surprise that UK women are now officially the fattest in Western Europe.

You only have to walk down any high street to see large numbers of fat / chubby women with slim men.

Whether you have game or not, the fact remains that the pool of attractive slim women continues to decrease, only further raising their dating value.

Your UK women has never had it so good, whereas your UK man really has it difficult, even if he's only looking for a woman that is only half decent.

I'd be interested to see regional variation. I live in Devon, and there really aren't that many fat women around, especially in my age bracket- 17. That said, a lot of girls would gain a point if they lost like 15 lbs.

The article also mentions that there are more overweight men in the UK than women. Was BMI used? I found that I became 'overweight' when I began to work out and to put on muscle despite looking thinner.

BMI was used.....but although there are some "oddities".....like most pro Rugby players.....Rowers etc are classed as "obese"...because they have huge weights (all muscle).....let us face it most of the people for this survey will be tubs of lard.

Body Fat % would be a better gauge...but how many women (or men for that matter) can say there BMI is genuine showing they are "obese" because they go running at a couple of "All Blacks" on the weekend?!

You don't really see that type of girl anymore, or at least I don't see much of them. The number of chavs and their girls has fallen by like 75% over the last 6/7 years. Nowadays, it's pretty rare to see the really fat scummy white trash type.
