Untangling the lies of modernity

We all know that modernity is full of lies. Some of the more obvious ones would be

- men and women are the same
- God does not exist
- success is career and materialism
- there is no afterlife
- fun is the most precious goal
- marriage is enslavement
- freedom is doing what you want e.g. commiting sin

It's interesting to take a look at these lies, especially the more insidious ones. What lies are we living with, yet may we not notice as lies of modernity? What lies are we not aware of? This would be helpful for all of us to untangle ourselves out of the swamps of modernity, that has the heels of all of us sucked in the quicksand and trying to pull us down on a daily basis.

Maybe the one word in your title is implanting itself too deeply in my head, or maybe I'm just prone to sharing this because it's the best, short but not overly simplistic summation I've found of the "$h*t just ain't right" feeling I and many have about modernity, which can be difficult to pull together into a coherent narrative rather than a list of intertwined but seemingly disparate things. When people ask me (paraphrasing) "So, what made you kind of a Nazi?", I send them this series (now in 8 parts) as an explanation:

(tbh you can skip the first one, probably)

If you don't support homosexuality, you are homophobic OR you are in the closet.

If you believe men and women are different, but equally valuable to society and simply have different strengths, you are a misogynist.

If you are against affirmative action and believe in a system based on merit and that all lives matter and that we should strive for a society that does not divide based on race, you are racist.

Believing a nation has the right to protect its borders and that ALL ILLEGAL MIGRANTS (of all races) should be punished and deported makes you racist.

Not wearing a mask means you are selfish even though you are not stopping others from wearing a mask.

There are a ton more as well.

How about "Diversity is our strength."

Diversity my a**

The Immigration Reform Act of 1965 (favoring non-White legal immigration), along with the millions of non-White illegal immigrants, and all the non-White refugees we bring in, will contribute to the death of America more than any other of our issues.

While I agree it is possible for diversity to be a strength it depends on who is coming in and from what kind of society and one must not devalue their own culture for the sake of diversity. Diversity can work if the following are met...

1) The nation should come first. For a long time, the USA was fairly a melting pot (not perfect but in many places it worked) because America came first. Immigrants were allowed in but they were expected taught in schools to respect the USA and also they learned what was positive about the USA.

2) One can respect their home country, BUT America's rules come first.

3) Immigrants from nations with civilized nations that are lower risk are welcome BUT they will not get welfare when they come.

4) Immigration from uncivilized nations known to hate Christians (the main religion in the USA) should be severely restricted. Why take people from barbaric cultures that only want to force Americans to change?

5) Illegal migrants MUST be punished (at least 1 year in a labor camp) and deported and no more birthright citizenship for their children which is a huge scam.

6) Immigrants can share ideas that are positive from their cultures with others but don't force/pressure people to change. They can speak Russian or Spanish with friends and family, but learn English (at least at a basic level) and don't expect/force others to learn Spanish or Russian.

7) Limit poor immigrants. This is classist BUT the USA has a lot of people on welfare and homeless desperately looking for work. Let them work in the fields picking crops or landscaping yards first before bringing in migrants. A lot of American poor people are out of shape and could use the hard labor to get in shape and get some self-pride as well.

Even in 1940, the USA was very diverse even in many towns labeled as 98% 'white.' There were many migrants from Poland, Ireland, Greece, Germany, France, Sweden, Italy, etc... It makes me sad when people think 'whites' are homogenous.

You mean the Heart Seller act..look into early life history of one of the cosponsors....

Wow. I learned about the Immigration Reform Act of 1965 years ago but never knew about its nickname. Sure enough...

Another lie that's really damaging is that "morality is subjective." There are certain morals that when society holds at large make the society a better place to live and work. When you know that people around you generally value honesty, don't want to resort to violence, and cherish family it is much easier to keep your nerves calm and go about your business.

Its a way to dissolve and ameliorate the traditions and heritage of white Europeans and reconstitute them into a homogenous 'white' group, a group that has no distinct identity or culture compared to others, which is far from the truth.

I think that's a big one too. We could extend that to ''everything is subjective''. Most notably then would be truth is subjective. If everything is subjective and everybody has their own truth that means there is no truth. And if there is no truth there is no structure. And if there is no structure there is chaos. And if there is chaos.... there is modern society.

My favorite: "Chasing Happiness"
Happiness is a fleeting emotion, is temporary, and fleeing unhappiness/challenges makes you weak and lame. I'm sick of seeing people divorce because they're unhappy when you really begin to dig deeper you find out the woman was seeking some BS outside the marriage from some pathetic orbiter who bided his time and ruined a marriage.

There is a marked difference between chasing happiness and building contentment. We should strive for contentment as this comes from making the most of what you have, not chasing pleasure or being complacent. Sometimes the only way to be content is to bear through the unhappiness and challenges we've been presented with. 'Bearing your cross,' so to speak.

Well, the first thing that comes to mind is that we have truth and truth trumps lies.

That said, I've never accepted the idea that with greater technological convenience we must therefore have to have the decadent and depraved culture that we do right now. This is mostly because I appreciate the power of conventional propaganda. If our culture was more supportive of normal family values, strong men, real women, and all the rest, then, we would have a culture that reflected those values. It doesn't matter if you have an iPhone or iPad. Indeed, those make for an easier existence and there is something about good times making for weak men. But, far greater a force is propaganda.

The bizarre thing is to live in a satanic society that teaches all of these. Turn on your tv, and you will see glorification of equality, diversity, fornication, greed, rejection of the family, in almost every program and commercial and news story.

Throughout history men have been tempted by sin, but the authority figures (often the church itself WAS the government, or at least the leaders had to be openly religious and pious) always had a virtuous and righteous message. Today the messages from authority figures are all lies.

Even if one is able to reject man and embrace God, you must be essentially anti-social to live in society today and be good.

More modernity lies:

-LGBTs are not mentally ill, they're just different.
-All cultures are equal
-Abortion is not murder
-Technology will save us
-The West /white people is evil
- Mass immigration is good
- Consumism is good
-Science is neutral
- We're not living in a moral/social/human crisis, the world is just evolving

The bigger the lie, the more appealing it looks from the outside and the graver the consequences. One of the best known lies obviously is about sexual ''liberation'', which is sexual ''enslavement'' to the passions. Now they're distorting love even further, although they've been eroding this concept that makes us human and is the cornerstone of our life, society and community for decades.

As the two researchers (one of them Jewish of course) said in the Zoom call, they wrote the paper to normalize consensual non monogamous relationships (CNM), and also to make clear that the idea that healthy, non-competitive relationships among metamours constitute a potentially emancipatory way of loving and living. Watson said, “We want people contemplating or already in CNM relationships to know that they’re not the first ones to want this. They are not alone in history. There are good role models. We hope that looking at the past can make people confident about structuring their lives in a way that’s fulfilling.”

- Diversity is strength. (When it should be "Unity is strength")
- The side effect of the covid vaccines is proof that they work
- Medicine and vaccines are "scientific"
- Believe all women
- Being a corporate woman is a worthy achievement (previously it was "career woman", but since the elites started becoming aware of the negative connotations associated with "career woman", they decided to change it to "corporate woman" but this is ultimately meaningless play of words)

Some more:

- Women love a "confident" man (when in reality it should be "women love a successful man"; but since women saying they like going after successful men comes across as shallow in our society they try to pad it with a softer word confidence)

- Women love to get married (when in reality what they really mean is "women love a wedding")

- Women love to get respect (when in reality what they really mean is "women love to get attention")

I don’t want to be too blackpill but when you take the current Inversion Agenda to its full conclusion, the ultimate lie of modernity will be:

Killing saves lives.

All the lies you’ve all cited above have demonstrated decades of psychological warfare designed to chip away and invert people‘s innate (gut feel) beliefs and views on life just so the elites can finally get people to that ulitimate lie. It is the most satanic form of deception, directly violating a Commandment.

And we may soon see it happening in the context of the scamdemic e.g. save the lives of the vaccinated by killing the unvaccinated. Let’s pray things don’t get that satanic.

@ Kel

The Enlightenment thinkers were 'deists' - they believed in God, however, they believed that 'all religions are the same' and that 'there are many paths to God'. This leads to 'moral relativism' - the idea that there are no objective moral truths. The so called "Enlightenment" or "Age of Reason" was a disaster for the West.

One of the mental traps I have noticed that exists today and is meant to degrade one's innocence and prevent a person from forming a family is a push for neverending travel and novelty seeking.

When I meet those who have kids who are 20 year old and plus, I usually ask if they have grandkids. And it is rather often I hear something along the lines "Oh, he/she doesnt want children, they want to travel".

Also, many boomers told me they have children who are married or in a relationship of some sort, who are in their late 30s or 40+ and childless. And then a boomer would cite that some/most of their children love travelling and thus dont want to have kids.

I always wonder, these childless couples, childless by choice, are they truly happy? Or sometimes, during a moment of silence, they sit and realize how utterly meaningless life is without God and children?
