Unwanted early morning awakenings/maintenance insomnia- how to fix?


In the summer I like to have my window blinds open so the strong sun energy wakes up my heavy, summery, I’ve-been-eating-burgers body, otherwise I wake up so groggy, and in the winter I like my window blinds closed so the strong sun energy doesn’t disturb my light, wintery body.
