Once again, Easy C is posting my thoughts. Its a big mistake to think of antifa as a bunch of "dumb losers". They may be losers, but they are probably 'average' human beings with the luxury of time afforded by not being employed or marginally employed. Even if we assumed they were all lower iq they are slowly gaining a large advantage which the other side lacks.

antifa has been in riots now since what...at least the G8 protests? at least since "occupy wallstreet" in 2011. To make it even worse, they are getting arrested and released, meaning they get to learn the entire police tactics and processing cycle and then get released back to their comrades where they can share the information. Even the best of the worst has got to be a "riot veteran" at this point, where they pretty much know the drill every time they attend a 'protest'
experience in practical matters counts for a lot. I used to work a manual labor job where a rookie in their first month could produce 600 units/day, their next 3 months they could produce about 1500 units/day and within 6 months they could produce 3000/units per day at which point they were at about peak capacity. Antifa has gotten through the "rookie" stage and its new members are probably at double the capability of what a 'green' maga person would be. Mind you MAGA has some expert combat veterans but thats not all of them.
There are quotes and proverbs littered through history about under estimating your opponent. "Dont' be that guy" when it comes to underestimating antifa.

Correct. Which is why if they actually do try something extremely violent and try to enact violence on people outside of their enclave ms it’s important to utilize defensive tactics that do NOT rely on engaging them in the kind of close quarters riot situation they’re used to.

My assumption that that their current biggest exposure would be to to ambush tactics while in transit. The Maga side would have experts in that from seeing it in the middle east and Antifa is used to doing long unopposed parade style marches on foot. To my knowledge they have never faced opposition while in transit to a protest site, or at their staging grounds in parking lots where they unload uhauls.
Seems almost reminiscent of the contrast of the revolutionary rebels (maga) vs. redcoats (antifa) in terms of strengths and weakeness.

Antifa does well because of a complicit local government and police force. Soros has also been working to install his own DAs in a lot of these places. They can be relied upon to always drop the charges. If and when that changes they will have more trouble.
You are right though, when it comes to protests the leftists have more experience than the MAGA crowd. For one thing they have better cohesion and they can mobilize their forces effectively. There have also been reports of these antifa groups acquiring land to practice with firearms at, since more and more normal rifle range operators are catching on to them and shunning them. I've also seen reports of supposed combat veterans offering their services to help train them. Whether they are the real deal or some sort of glow-in-the-dark spook operation is yet to be seen. Either way it's bad news. Even if most of them were wiped out, there will enough scattered remnants spread all over to cause trouble for years.
It wouldn't surprise me if the more low-key commies without records might consider a few years serving in the military to gain experience in combat arms, if they haven't already done so. There was a bit of a scandal a few years back involving a west point grad holding a message saying "communism will win" at his graduation. I think he was discharged eventually but there have to be others who were smart enough to keep their commie-ness to themselves.
