I do not agree at all about being much more propagandized in the past. In the simpler days, the media was less uniform than it is today. That said I am in my 50s, so my past is likely much earlier than yours.

what do you guys make of the latest hamlin videos? on the one hand, it's hard to say that it's NOT him and that he's apparently okay, but OTOH the fact that he's releasing these edited videos rather than just being normal seems off. in addition to the complete silence in terms of following up to explain what happened to him. When it comes out, and it will,(and it will) that he has myocarditis, pericarditis, or both and can never play again, it will be low key announcement and they'll probably say it was congenital and all the doctors doing his physicals missed it.
