Like he publicly announced his intent to withdraw from Afghanistan?
He actually did, but he "announced" publicly that he wasn't going to withdraw because otherwise Trump realized the Taliban would have immediately taken over. Instead he pretended to stay while ordering the US military to start packing up. Had Trump left in 2016, he would have left behind $500+ billion worth of military equipment and goods behind. The reason for this was that Afghanistan was being used as America's money laundering scheme for the past 20 years, so a ridiculous amount of money had be "appropriated" to "fight the war on terror" and the majority of it went into Afghanistan. In return, we got terrorism, heroin, and a trillion dollars of wasted taxes.
When Biden decided to withdraw, it was because he wanted to start a fresh war in Ukraine, but, the military had not completely finished packing up all the gear (and bases) yet. Biden had them withdraw immediately anyways, and the resulting loss was 'only' $80 billion. What no one knows is that had Trump not won in 2016, that number would have been 5x as high. Had Trump not been frauded in 2020, the withdrawal from Afghanistan would have been orderly with minimal losses, and would have taken place sometime in 2022 just in time for a midterm victory lap, and the Taliban would have not been any wiser that it would be happening (in theory, because Trump wasn't announcing his moves).
Doesn't everyone remember all the interviews Trump gave about never telling the enemy your moves? That is exactly what happened in Afghanistan. He wanted to get out, but he couldn't leave behind half a trillion dollars worth of military gear that would fall into the Taliban's hands. So instead he acts like he renegged on his campaign promises, while secretly telling the US military to start packing up.
All of this is publicly available and easy to verify, and yet everyone parades on and on with fake news headlines of Trump daily. Talk about tiresome...
But to be on topic, Zelensky must thank the Talmud Gods (actually demons) every single day Trump isn't President, otherwise he'd really be nothing more than just an "ordinary" millionaire chew in a dark khakis.
