What are the RVF health must have items?

For the gym:
-Gold Standard Whey Protein
-Creatine
-White Flood Pre-Workout

Supplements:
-B Complex
-Vitamin d3/k2
-horny goat weed extract
-theanine (sleep) and sometimes when I take large doses of caffeine
-melatonin (sleep)
-fish oil
-apple cider vinegar
-uni-liver tabs
-horse chestnut for a condition I have (chronic venous insufficiency)
-l-opti-zinc

General Health:
- Fish Oils, but only if you lack fish in your diet.
- Vitamin D, during the winter months it seems to do wonders mood wise.
- Zinc, but only if you do high endurance training
- Creatine, the literature suggests you might as well take this all the time.
- Fenugreek, the testosterone boosts aren't incredible, but I like the libido increase I get on this

Energy/Focus:
- Caffeine, I take this every day. I am hopelessly addicted.
- L-Theanine, it seems to be incredible for getting tasks you enjoy done. Seems to regulate my mood in times of sleep-deprivation.
- L-Tyrosine, 1 - 2 grams of it appears to make me (temporarily) feel like I've had a good sleep even if I haven't
- Ephedrine, this is a good all around energy boost, but seems it has risks at higher dosages and I always seem to crash out on it
- Rhodiola, I've had mixed experiences with it, but it did allieviate headaches induced from lack of caffeine
