Ok, enough of that 'progressive' shit.

Here's a song for Lenny Boy!

Sing it in an Aussie accent - it has a better 'affect'.

NAZIS ON SPEED (English translation)

Comrades listen up
I brought you something
This powder lets you fly
And quickly defeat every opponent

A product of the finest art
A true secret weapon
This powder is amazing
No matter how big the fear will be

Take a pinch with pleasure
And then aim at the enemy
Rise up into the sky
Until the machine starts burning up

Ram them! Ram them!

With that small dose of speed
You will hurry from victory to victory
No limit can hold you back
Nothing will be the same anymore

You will be the rulers of the skies
Without regard to loss
Below you'll hear the masses cheer
The enemy will hate you for this

Without sleep and without morning
A medal will be waiting for you
You feel like real daredevils
When you nosedive towards the earth

Ram them! Ram them!

Hopefully you know this is a joke.

Symphonic metal featuring Christopher Lee narration:

Into the darkness they crossed the marsh
And entered the frozen cave
A secret path was cut into the rock
A labyrinth a twisted maze
An unknown misty haze

Open your heart
Then your mind's eye

Khaas' eyes focused on the grey rock
He saw it in a different way
The riddle soon would be solved
An illusion was carved in the stone
The arrows show where to go

Trust in yourself
Truth awaits you there

Crawling on their hands and knees
Dark is their endless journey
So deep the cave of bats
But they will go on and on

They are the last hope
For men, dragons and dwarves
Spirits of the forest
Shy elves and trolls
Five go from Elgard
Into the darkness leaving the light
To find the Black Order's
Immortal dark rhymes
To find the written words
Of Hellgod's unholy son
Prevent him from returning
And save the whole world
Through the Valley of Sin
Led by the whispers of holy wind
Into Dar-Kunor, new saga begins

The well of dead souls appears, a red river's flowing inside
There's no way to cross, there's no way to climb
They wish they were birds and could fly
Fly to the other side

There's a message
On the dark stone

They discovered a massive dark stone
Atop it a riddle inscribed:
“Walk in the bloody abyss,
led onward by Nekron's black will.
Find the courage in his name”

Search your conscience
Read between those words

“Yes, and now I know. Nekron's name is all
that we need to solve this mystery”
Iras spoke those holy words

They are the last hope
For men, dragons and dwarves
Spirits of the forest
Shy elves and trolls
Five go from Elgard
Into the darkness leaving the light
To find the Black Order's
Immortal dark rhymes
To find the written words
Of Hellgod's unholy son
Prevent him from returning
And save the whole world
Through the Valley of Sin
Led by the whispers of holy wind
Into Dar-Kunor, new saga begins

Never need a bitch, I'm what a bitch need
Tryna find the one that can fix me
I've been dodging death in the six-speed
Selling dreams to these girls with they guard down
Seven years I been swimming with the sharks now

I like to go on random incursions on obscure youtube music. Sometimes you find pearls. This is one of them: Quebec band from the 70s playing traditional Celtic music. Lovely music.

Steve Merritt is an insufferable homo but he's pretty talented.

If you didn't listen to it, 50 Song Memoir from a few years ago was a decent album. If you liked 69 Love Songs it's the closest you'll get to more of that.

That album actually does have 50 songs, will check it out, thanks, I might have DLed that before.

That guy is pretty prolific, although I imagine that there must be 40 duds in there, with a handful of solid gems, kind of like in 69 Love Songs...
