Ocean Beach People's Co-Op.

This must be San Diego.

There used to be a fish taco stand in the parking lot of a grocery store a few blocks from the beach. I think it was one block south of Santa Monica ave.

Is is still there???

COCONUT CREAM: http://originallivingcoconut.com/Products.aspx
Jordan Rubin wrote a book called The Raw Truth, in which he goes the the process of making your own coconut cream. Never tried it; although, I plan to sooner or later.

Yeah, Ocean Beach People's Co-Op is in San Diego.
Don't know about any fish taco stands. I'm a transplant from St. Louis, MO, so I don't know all the local landmarks... yet.

I have been broke and thus unable to restock my dwindling vitamin/nutrition supply.

However this has a useful plus side as I am receding back to "baseline" in terms of my body's chemistry. This second go around I am going to monitor my intake and its effects of EACH supplement accordingly.

This last time started out great with all the stuff I was taking and my boners were titanium hard, however I started taking so much different shit in such insane quantities that the effects were becoming negligible, if existent at all.

Always:
St. John's Wort
Zinc
Whey protein
Creatine
Pre Workout

Most of the time:
ACV
Coconut Oil
Vitamin D
Vitamin B12
Magnesium
L-Theanine
Bacopa
Fish Oil
Kava extract

I would like to fine tune it a lot better but due to short funds at the moment I stick to bare essentials.

Lots of herbal brewed drinks.

Hibiscus, coca leaf, tea, mint, all brewed herbal drinks basically are good for you.

Someone recommend a brand of magnesium oil? I can only find magnesium sprays or pills wherever I go.

I also bought some Himalayan pink crystal salt, I need to get a plastic topped container then I can make brine out of it. For consuming the mineral properties of it and also using it as a mouthwash.

I've also temporarily switched over from Green tea to Jasmine tea.

I'd like to update my last post in this thread where I mentioned how I was starting over from baseline after I stopped really feeling any benefit from the overcomplicated and expensive plethora of shit I was taking. A user pm'ed me asking how things have changed since then, so I thought it better to post it here.

Morning(always after breakfast to avoid stomach trouble)

10, 000iu of Vitamin D3
200iu of Vitamin K2. These 2 need to be taken together for full effects.

Results: Overall elevated moods. Erections are harder and take longer to go away. Pretty subtle overall but good especially for the winter when you don't naturally make as much.

500iu of Rhodiola Rosea

Results: Noticeably increased testosterone and ability to mitigate stress and workloads. This stuff is so good that it really needs its own thread. Better quality workouts too.

250mg of Magnesium Citrate + 500mg Calcium Citrate. Again, these two need each other to properly work. Get magnesium CITRATE, not just magnesium.

Results: Quality of sleep is unbelievably good. I wake up in the morning like damn, that was a good ass rest. I feel like I recover from workouts better as well.

50mg Zinc + 2mg Copper

Results: already explained here but harder boners, better physical function overall. A jittery "on" feeling that follows me around through the first part of the day

Evening

1x Super B Complex: This has been arguably the most important of all my supplements. If I forget to take all my other pills I will damn sure not forget my B vitamins. They stabilize and regulate seratonin production. B complex has been so important in maintaining a positive mindset and overall good mood. I guess I'm one of those who doesn't really produce enough seratonin. My elevated mood levels take a week or two to start manifesting when first taking It.

Zinc + Cu: same doseage as above
Magnesium + Calcium: same
Rhodiola: same

I don't take D3 at night as it disrupts sleep.

The only supplement I take that is not mentioned in this thread is optimized folate. It's been a few days that take it together with NAC for mental fog/depression. So can't say anything certain about its efficacy but my mood is a bit elevated.

Chelated iron for anemia
rhodiola rosea at bedtime (It makes me kind of spacey if I take it in the morning.)

I really wanted to like magnesium but it seems that my body cannot tolerate much of it. The first time I tried, I took 200 mg a day for week but then dark circles appeared under my eyes and I became very week and lost my libido. It took several days for these to go away. Later I tried taking it with 400 mg of calcium but I had unusual dizziness the next day.

Next on my list to try are ginkgo and ginseng. I hope all these together won't screw me up.

Daily I consume:

Upon Waking
- Liposomal Vitamin C
- Strong Probiotic such as Prescript Assist, or VSL #3

After eating my 1st meal (sometimes I fast until the afternoon)
- Vitamin D3
- Vitamin K2
- Odorless Garlic supplement such as Kyolic Formula 100
- Occasionally I'll take half the recommended dose of a quality multivitamin like Orange Triad

Before Bed (on a relatively empty stomach)
- ZMA (Magnesium, Zinc, Vitamin B6) - helps me sleep well
- Additional Magnesium in a separate form such as Mag Glycerinate or Chelated Magnesium Biglycinate buffered with mag oxide

As needed
- Activated Charcoal, when I eat out at restaurants/consume something like dairy or gluten which my stomach has more trouble digesting
- Apple Cider Vinegar after meals (when I remember)
- Kratom as needed to deal with pain from herniated discs

Snacks I like to keep handy
- Virgin Coconut Oil which I just take spoonfuls of throughout the day
- Raw Macadamia nuts
- Dark chocolate (70-80% dark)

Morning:
Vitamin D (5k IU)
Copper (2mg)
Fish Oil
Breakfast includes: 1% Milk, bacon, hard boiled egg, beans, sausage, and oatmeal

Lunch:
2 Greek Yoghurts
Hard cheeses and sausage
Milk (with some strawberry syrup put in :) )

Dinner: Whatever so long as it has a ton of protein

Before bed:
Casein protein shake with berries, psyllium husk, and of course milk.
ZMA
Fish Oil
GABA powder
Melotonin
and some Creatine Ethryl Ester in pill form (i hate powder).

Works well for me. I'm not sure what may daily macros are since weighing out blocks of cheese is difficult.

Surprised I don't see more fiber on here.

I started taking some at the suggestion of Jay from D&P podcast
and it has helped me immensely.

I generally eat a low carb diet, so popping a few fiber gummies after a meal helps me digest properly.

This is even more important when I'm traveling and/or drinking heavily because I can now take one or two giant shits at a time that I choose. I never have to run to the bathroom
because I feel the shits coming. I was traumatized by having to shit at dive bars...now thats changed.

Wow, can anyone confirm this?

I take a pill of magnesium citrate every evening, but never calcium. It would be a waste to discover that i haven't been unlocking its full potential.. anyway, for this topic, I actually take about half the supplements commonly listed here, but honest to god rarely feel any difference with them. Perhaps it's because i don't take certain things like Rhidalea Rosea every day, more like 2x/ week.

Of mention:
Digestive enzymes (if you accidentally eat huge meal, very practical)
L-tyrosine (again for mental alertness, probably similar to Rosea)

An essential graph, BTW:
