Nice on the Lynch!

For me, there is only one beer: Guinness. That's all a man needs.

Gotta try that Old Rasputin, looks interesting.

I'm not a fan of beers in general, but I am a fan of Czech beers, in particular Pilsner Urquell (Plzen). Otherwise, I prefer drinking Orahovac (Croatian walnut brandy) in almost all situations.

Guinness Extra Stout, and if I can ever find it, they make something called 'Foreign Export' that's pretty good. But for cheap domestic mass-brew Coors Light

Normally I like Beck's Vier, it tastes good and is easy to find regardless of what country I am in.

After visiting Garten-Partenkirchen and München recently, I've developed a taste for Augustiner Bräu.

Roosh I can't believe you picked Bud, it's one of the worst beers I have ever had the misfortune to sample, tastes like the can has been open for two weeks and left in the sun. But they spend a huge amount on Marketing hence it's success(in USA).

The best lagers are from Germany and Belgium, they have very high standards of brewing, they also don't use any dodgy chemicals like other brewers too.

The best ales(which is REAL beer) are found in England and Ireland

Beer is so fucking cheap here in Germany, but i'm not sure what some of them are, I have some suggestions now thanks

2nd that on Beerlao, Travolta. Best damn beer in SE Asia. It's a shame that it's difficult to get a hold of it outside of Laos.

hefeweizen types and guinness for everything else.

I'm an unashamed fan of Budweiser... the king of motherfuckin beers.

It goes down smooth with just a bit of throat tickle. The buzz is in-and-out... three quick cans and I'm happy for an hour or so. After that my brain returns for high level thinking. Perfect summer beverage.

The only problem is it's hard to find abroad. Colombia and Ukraine have it but not many other countries. Brazil has a lot of beer that tastes similar (Brahma for example).

I can't say I'm a fan of dark beer or micro brews. Just give me something crisp and functional, like Bud.

Budweiser tastes stale to me, it's my least favourite beer. I don't find it crisp or smooth at all.

My favourite brand is probably this little known Scottish company but I doubt it's available outside the UK...

The 77 Lager is super crisp and goes down so well, quite strong for a beer too and the Trashy Blonde (pale ale with a hint of passion fruit) reminds me of Vietnam (I spent Xmas there a few years ago drinking passion fruit beer on the beach, yum).

Beer Lao is good and you can get it in the UK now.

Yes Beer Lao is tasty as fuck. Wasn't so much into the Thai beer, Chang is fucking lethal, Singha is ok

Chang is dangerous and the Changovers are lethal. Apparently because of the method they use to brew it they can't guarantee the strength ineach individual bottle so the 6.5% on the label is an average and it can actually go up to over 10%. I can believe it too, have seen times where 2 bottles has me feeling wasted. I like Singha but my beer of choice in Thailand is Leo, it costs 3baht more than Chang (in 7/11), is normal strength and tastes 10x better.

Franziskaner, James Squire Golden Ale, Bell's Oberon, Deschutes Inverted IPA

Cheap beer: it was always silver bullets and keystone light growing up.

Didn't see your post the first few times I read this thread.

Bell's Oberon is absolutely delicious. Huge fan of it here, and I love the fact that I can get it in bottles or mini-kegs.
