About 25% after tax with a spare bedroom for hosting guests, good relatively central location though. Might move to somewhere more central but smaller apartment soon.
I'm at about 25% but I'm in Manhattan currently. I think that is a decent percentage for a twenty-something. So many tool bags pay about 40% - They should move city.
Clearing around 5k-6k a month, got a room in a house with some buddies... $475 all in, probably the cheapest in Calgary, Alberta! 8-10% of my income haha, will be moving in my own place in November, looking at $1000~
45%...I am lucky...I live in L.A. (Miracle Mile a block from The Grove). People in my complex are at about 60 to 70%, which is common I hear for prime spots in the major metropolitan cities (LA,NY,MIA).
