Living in the centre of the busiest part of a City = perfect logistics. Whether for dates or for ONS. Geographic proximity exponentially reduces the time for any form of resistance to set in but even more importantly the sheer volume of people you're exposed to (especially in densely populated megacities) is incredible. At the end of the day quick lays rely heavily on numbers as well. As mentioned earlier staying in such an area allows for off-peak  familiarity with the different roleplayers (employees, owners etc.) and even if you don't  reap direct benefits from this it affords you tremendous social proof (if everyone knows him he must be a connected great guy, right?)</blockquote>
