I eat this CSIRO approved cereal called goodness superfoods, its got 100% RDI fibre I need so it frees me up to eat whatever else I want so long as I make my fruit and veggie servings.

nothing, you could call it intermittent fasting

Concur. I'm in good shape, but I always carried that spare tire of ten pounds or so around my waist. I read "Man 2.0," decided to give the intermittent fasting thing a shot, and I'm finally losing that last ten pounds.

Three egg whites or whole eggs, organic turkey bacon, and sometimes some whole wheat toasted rolls or bread, or unprocessed granola and some peanuts.

Pretty refreshing after a workout.

Eating a large breakfast in the morning seems to be bad for a number of reasons, especially a breakfast loaded with milk, cheese, and meat. The first reason I think it is bad is because it sets the tone for the rest of the day. Eating alot of anything, especially tasty cheeses, meats, and the like gives us excessive satisfaction. Our bodies dont need more than a few hundred healthy calories in the morning (unless we are professional athletes). I find that eating a large breakfast has a satiating effect that contributes to a lack of motivation and drives me to seek out and expect another tasty meal.

MY strategy is to eat 300-400 calorie breakfast tops. Furthermore, I don't think breakfast is a meal that we should take much pleasure in (taste wise). Every morning I have a green drink (absolutely digusting) mixed with a scoop of protein powder. The rest of the breakfast varies. Some days it will consist of an apple and carrot, others days bread with peanut butter, and others a berry/oatmeal smoothie.

A light breakfast consisting of nutrient rich natural foods (at least some should be raw) sets a good tone for the rest of the day physically and mentally.

I only eat breakfast on Friday, and that's only because my company brings it in for us.

Breakfast burrito with tater tots. Sometimes it's an Ham, egg, and cheese sammich.

Not sure if this qualifies but on the weekends I normally wake up and eat lunch within the first hour of wakefulness. I guess that's similar to breakfast.

Pussy.

Usually on the side and I prefer it smooth; waxed if possible.

Besides that...

-4 eggs w/tomatoe + cilantro + salsa
-3 turkey bacon
-Oats
-OJ
-Water

Then a cig and a Monster.

Johnny's anti cancer southwest skillet.

That sounds delicious. I will have to try that or a variant thereof.

My breakfast is fairly large because of 2 reasons: I train boxing 4-5 times a week and I wake up later than average (around 10am). Therefore my breakfast ends up being around 1030, lunch at 4, and dinner at 8-9.

As far as the dupe.. I knew it was, it felt like one but couldn't find the original thread.
