first post and im gonna start of by shocking some of you low-carbers here
my breakfast today
big smotthie with:
200g dates(soaked over night)
14-16 ripe bananas(forgot to count)
some coconut sogar for taste and Cinnamon
water

over 2000cals goood start for the day
carbs for the win :)

What the hell are you training for? That doesn't sound healthy at all. I'm fascinated though, how many pints does that make?

Mine is always 4 eggs scambled with garlic, pepper and a tin of mackerel, topped with grated cheese. Recently I've been mashing some mustard in there which works well.

I can knock one of those up in five minutes in the microwave. My Polish lads turn up to work, and they're clutching Rustlers burgers to microwave. That's not a breakfast ffs!

Usually a massive breakfast smoothie (minimum 1 liter, 1500-2000 calories) that includes bananas, berries, nuts & seeds.

The massive energy/productivity boost I get from it has made it easy to kick a decade-long morning coffee addiction.

It sounds drastic, but for someone doing any kind of endurance-related sport (even soccer & tennis) it's close to the perfect breakfast.

Out here in Thailand, I cannot abide by what the locals have - they eat the same shit breakfast, lunch and dinner. I can do Thai for lunch and dinner but must have Western for breakfast!

German Muesli with a fresh banana sliced on top and whole fat milk.

A large long black coffee.

But one day soon, I must try Victor Pride's breakfast of eggs and steak.

I could do a large omelette for breakfast, sure, as long as I can still have my coffee.

Today I ate an avocado and a banana and drank a small black coffee and smoked 3 darts before hitting the gym.
