[QUOTE="Mage, post: 1053228, member: 1809"] I agree that men are probably better at customer service. I think this is because women like to follow rules and are quick to find faults with the customer who broke one of thousand product use rules written in fine print. Women love to submit to the greater force which is the company. Men on the other hand usually hate the bureaucracy and shitty products themselves and are able to emphasize with the caller's problem more. However I don't think that men should work in customer service. it's not a testosterone raising job. It's just like with cooking - while men are better as cooks, it's women who should be cooking for men in most circumstances. Men have the potential to be betters then women at anything, but there are those jobs that are simple enough that even most woman could do them decently and women should do them to free up men doing more important jobs. You could argue that men are better at cleaning floors and you will b right - man can move the broom faster and squeeze the water out of the towel stronger , but do you really want to make all janitors men? So that what - only thing women can do is sit in board meetings? Or do you want all of them to only sit in home and not be permitted to work at all? Both are too cardinal solutions to be realistic.
